Find everything you own, download files and updates, and see what happens with subscriptions, copies, revoked licenses and products a store stops selling.

Your library holds every product you own, from every store, and the products you've saved for later. Open it from the account menu under your profile picture, then Library.
What's in your library
The Owned tab lists every license you hold, newest first. If you own products from more than one store, use the buttons above the list to show one store at a time, or All stores to show everything.
Each entry shows:
the product and the store it's from;
how you got it: Bought in Roblox, Gifted (a free product you claimed, a code you redeemed, a product inside a bundle, or one the store gave you), Transferred (someone handed it to you) or From myPod;
its category;
Since and the date you got it, or for a subscription, Until or Ended and a date;
the version you'll download, or No file uploaded yet.
Along the bottom are the star button (review it), Transfer when the store allows it, and Download, or Renew for a subscription that has ended.
A product you've pre-ordered shows Pre-ordered and the date it's out. There's nothing to download until then; the moment it opens, it becomes an ordinary entry and you're told it's out.
If you haven't linked a Roblox account, a notice at the top reminds you that products you buy inside Roblox games appear here once you do. See Link your Roblox account.
Redeem a code, at the top of the page, is where you turn a creator's code into a product. See Redeem a code.
Download a product
Press Download on the product's entry. On the product page, the download button names the version.
Your browser starts the download.
Download always gives you the latest version. Each press makes a fresh link for your account alone. It works once and lasts 10 minutes, so sharing it won't work for anyone else. If you ever see "This download link has expired" or "This download link has already been used", go back to your library and press Download again.
You can download a product you own as often as you like. If you start a very large number of downloads in a few minutes, Enviglo asks you to wait a moment.
If Download is greyed out, the store hasn't uploaded a file yet.
Updates and versions
When a store uploads a new version, Download moves to it, and the product shows as Updated until you download it. The product page's Details tab lists recent versions under Version history, with what the store says changed in each. If the store wrote notes, the … menu on the product has What's new, which opens them.
A product someone bought for you as a gift says who it's from, under its name.
Some Roblox products have leak protection: they only run in games owned by someone with a license. Games owned by your linked Roblox account, and by groups you own, are covered already. To use one in a game you build but don't own, open the product's … menu, choose Games you use it in, and add the game or its group. You can add up to 3, unless the store has turned that off for the product.
A store can also tell its owners about a version: you get a notification with its notes, and an email if you get those. You can turn the emails off. See Messages and notifications.
A store can't delete the only file of a product people own, so once a file is up, there's always something to download.
Subscriptions
A subscription shows Until and the date your access runs to.
Enviglo reminds you 3 days before it ends.
When it ends, the entry shows Ended and the date, and Download becomes Renew. Renew opens the product page, where you can buy it again.
Buying again adds the product's days from the day you buy, or from the end of your current time if it hasn't run out yet.
The product stays in your library after it ends, so you can pick it up again later. See Buy a product for how subscriptions work.
Several copies of a product
Products you can buy more than once get a license per purchase, and each one appears as its own entry. An older license that covers several copies at once shows how many, for example 3 copies.
the store revokes your license. A store can restore a revoked license, so if you think it's a mistake, message the store.
Buying a product again after it was revoked or transferred gives you a new license.
Products a store no longer sells
You keep what you own when a store stops selling it.
Deleted product or closed store: the entry stays, marked No longer sold, and you can still download it. The product has no page any more, so the entry doesn't link to one, and there's no review or Renew button.
Paused store: your products stay and download as usual. The store's pages say it's taking a break until it reopens.
Under review by Enviglo: if Enviglo is looking into a product or its store, downloads pause and you'll see "Enviglo is reviewing this product, so downloads are paused."
Your wishlist
The Wishlist tab holds the products you've saved with the heart button. Press a product's heart again to take it off. Only products that are on sale right now show here. See Find products.
If something you've saved gets cheaper, Enviglo tells you: you get a notification with what it cost and what it costs now. You're told once per drop, and again if the price falls further.
Show what you own
Select the pin on anything in your library to put it on your profile, and select it again to take it off. Your profile shows them under Showcase, in the order you pinned them.
How many you can pin goes by your plan: three on Free, twelve on Pro, twenty-four on Ultimate. Moving to a smaller plan never unpins anything. It only stops you pinning more.
