The agreement between you and Enviglo Labs Pty Ltd for using Enviglo, selling on it, and buying from it.
Enviglo is run by Enviglo Labs Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia. These terms are the agreement between you and us for using enviglo.com. By using Enviglo you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
Enviglo is a marketplace. Creators list assets — models, systems, UI kits, tools — and other people buy a licence to use them. We provide the storefront, the file delivery and the licence records. We are not the seller of what creators list, and a creator is not our employee or agent.
You sign in with Discord, or with your email address using a sign-in link or a password. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password and the accounts you sign in with secure. Tell us at support@enviglo.com if you think someone else is using yours.
One person, one account. Do not make an account to get around a suspension, and do not pretend to be someone else or to be connected to a company or creator you are not.
When you buy a product you get a licence to use it, not ownership of it. Unless the creator says otherwise on the product page, that licence is for you, for your own projects, and does not let you resell the file, redistribute it, or pass it on as your own work.
Purchases currently happen on Roblox, through the creator's own experience. Roblox takes the payment and Roblox's terms apply to it; Enviglo records the licence and delivers the file. Enviglo takes no part of a Roblox sale.
What you bought stays in your library for as long as your account exists, including new versions the creator publishes, unless the licence was time-limited and says so.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded. If something you bought is faulty, does not do what it was described as doing, or is not fit for the purpose you were told about, you are entitled to a remedy — and nothing in these terms takes that away.
Because a purchase is taken by Roblox rather than by us, a refund of the money normally has to come from Roblox under their process. What we can do is revoke or reinstate the licence on our side, and we will help you sort it out — contact us and the creator.
Outside of that, digital files are not returnable simply because you changed your mind, since you already have the file.
If you open a store, you are telling us that:
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us the licence we need to run the marketplace: to store it, show it, and deliver it to people who buy it.
Paid plans are listed on our pricing page. Nothing is charged today. If we start charging, we will tell you before it happens, and the rate for web sales will be the one shown on that page at the time.
Do not upload, sell or post:
Images and video are reviewed by us before they appear publicly. We may remove content, refuse an upload, or take a product down. Where we do, we will tell you why.
Email support@enviglo.com with a link to the listing, a description of the work, proof that it is yours, and your contact details. We take this seriously and act quickly. If you are the seller and believe a takedown was wrong, reply and tell us why — we will look again.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other people, or puts the platform at risk. We will say what the reason was.
If you are suspended and cannot sign in, email support@enviglo.com. A person will read it. Tell us your username and why you think it was wrong. If we got it wrong, we will undo it.
You can close your account at any time by asking us, through a support ticket or at support@enviglo.com.
We work to keep Enviglo up, but we do not promise it will never be down, and we may change or remove features. Enviglo depends on Roblox and Discord, and when they are down or change how they work, parts of Enviglo may not work either.
Nothing here excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, we limit it to resupplying the service, or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for what a creator sells or a buyer does with it, for anything you lose because a third party such as Roblox or Discord changed or stopped working, or for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we will tell you about anything that materially affects you rather than changing it quietly. Continuing to use Enviglo after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Australia. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
