Everything about your account lives on one page, Settings. Open it from the account menu (select your picture at the top right, then Settings), or select Edit profile on your own profile.
The page has six sections: Profile, Sign-in, Connected accounts, Notifications, Account standing and Appearance. On a wide screen, the side menu jumps to each one.
Profile
This is how you appear across Enviglo. Change what you like, then select .

Change your username
Your profile's address is enviglo.com/u/yourname, with your username at the end. When you change your username, the address changes with it and old links to your profile stop working.
Capital letters are turned into lowercase for you. If you see "That username is taken." or "That username is reserved.", pick another.
Change your pictures
Under Avatar or Banner, select Upload, or Replace if you already have one.
Choose a PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or AVIF image under 25 MB.
Select Save profile.
Enviglo checks new pictures before they show. After saving you'll see "Profile saved. Your new picture shows once Enviglo approves it." Until then, the field says "A new image is waiting for Enviglo's review." If Enviglo rejects it, you get a notification with the reason, and the field shows it too.
To remove a picture, select the cross beside it, then Save profile. Removing takes effect straight away.
Sign-in
This section controls how you get in besides Discord: your email address, for sign-in links, and a password if you want one.
Your email address
The section shows your address and whether it's Confirmed or Not confirmed. If it isn't confirmed, select Send the confirmation link again.
To add or change your address:
Type it under Add an email or Change email.
Select Send link.
Press the link in the email sent to the new address. The link works for 24 hours.
The new address takes over once you press the link. Accounts made from myPod records start with no address: the section says "None yet. Add one to sign in without Discord."
Your password
No password yet: type one under Set a password and select Set password. You need a confirmed email first, because that's what you sign in with. Until then you'll see "Confirm an email address first: a password signs in with it."
Change it: enter your Current password and a New password, then select Change password. Every other device signed in to your account is signed out.
Passwords need at least 8 characters, and passwords that have turned up in a data breach aren't allowed. Forgot yours? See Create an account and sign in.
Devices you're signed in on
There's no list of signed-in devices. Changing your password signs out every other device. Resetting a forgotten password signs out every device.
Connected accounts
Link or unlink Discord and Roblox here. Each shows Linked once it's connected, with its ID.
You can't sign in with Roblox. Before you unlink Discord, make sure you have a confirmed email address, or you won't have a way back in.
Notifications
What you bought, replies to you, and decisions about your account always reach you. There's nothing to switch on or off for those.
Emails from stores
Updates to products you own: emails stores send when they tell their owners about a new version.
News from stores: updates from stores you follow, or have bought from.
Untick either to stop those emails; you still get the notifications. You get at most two of these emails a day from all stores together.
They go to your confirmed email address. Without one, the setting is kept for when you add one.
Stores you help run
If you're on a store's team, each store you help run is listed here, with a tick box for each thing it can tell you about. Your choices change only your own notifications, not your teammates'.
Notification
What it covers
A sale
Someone buys or renews one of the store's products.
A new message
A customer writes to the store or replies.
A custom request
Commission and custom requests, and cancellations.
A new review
Someone reviews the store or one of its products.
A new follower
Someone follows the store.
A decision from Enviglo
Warnings, suspensions, badges and rejected images. They stay under Notices either way.
Billing
Plan changes, failed payments and advertising credit.
The team
Someone accepts or declines an invite, or leaves.
Requests for approval
Staff asking a manager before they give, take back or move a product.
A game without a license
A game runs one of your protected products without a license, and is stopped. Once a day at most for each product. See Protect your products from leaks.
Who sees which ones:
Owners and admins can choose from all of them. An owner always hears about decisions from Enviglo and billing, so those can't be turned off.
Staff only see the ones their permissions cover: a sale needs See sales and customers, a new message needs Reply to messages, a custom request needs Handle requests, a new review needs Remove reviews, requests for approval need Approve changes, and a game without a license needs Edit products. Staff with none of these see "Your role here doesn't come with store notifications."
The gear in the notifications menu at the top of the site brings you here. See Messages and notifications for what else reaches you.
Badges
Badges is where you ask Enviglo for the tick beside your name, which says Enviglo has confirmed you are who you say you are. It's about your account, not a store you run.
Until then, the section lists each one and ticks the ones you have. Enviglo's questions ask who you're known as, where your work can already be found and what you've made, and you tick a box to say the answers are true. The answer arrives in your notices. After a no, you can ask again after 30 days.
For accounts, the partner program is by invitation, so there's nothing to apply for here. A store you run can apply from its dashboard: see Store settings.
Account standing
This lists any warnings Enviglo's moderators have given your account that still count. With none, it says "Your account is in good standing."
If you think a warning is a mistake, select Open a support ticket in this section.
Your colour
On Pro and Ultimate, pick a colour for your profile and a frame for your picture. Everyone who visits your profile sees them; the rest of Enviglo stays as it is. The colours are a fixed set so that every one stays readable. Select the first swatch to go back to Enviglo blue, and None for no frame.
If a paid plan ends, nothing is lost: your choice stays saved and your profile shows Enviglo blue until you're back on a plan that includes it.
Appearance
Choose Light, Dark or System. The choice applies on the device you're using. The theme button at the top of the site does the same.
What other people can see
Your public profile shows:
your display name, username, avatar, banner, bio, website and social links
a Roblox profile link, once you've linked Roblox
the stores you're on the team of
how many products you own, and the reviews you've written
your followers, who you follow, and when you joined
Your email address is never shown. Your library, wishlist, messages and notifications are only visible to you. There are no switches to hide profile details, so leave a field empty if you don't want it shown.
