This guide takes you from an empty product to one people can find and buy. It's for store owners, admins and staff whose role lets them work on products.
Before you start
Permissions. Creating a product needs Edit products. Publishing, unpublishing, archiving and scheduling need Publish products. Owners and admins have every permission. See Roles and permissions.
Plan limits. Your plan sets how many products your store can hold: 5 on Free, 40 on Pro and 250 on Ultimate. Drafts and archived products count towards that. Deleted products don't. Stores that came over from myPod keep every product they arrived with, whatever their plan allows. See Plans, limits and fees.
Create the product
In your store's dashboard, open Products.
Press New product. The same button is on your store's Overview.
Type a Product name of up to 80 characters.
Choose a Platform and a . You can change both later.
Category
Press Create product.
Enviglo creates the product as a draft and opens its Details page. Only your team can see a draft.
A few things are set for you:
Its web address is made from the name. You can change it under URL on Details.
Its license type starts as your store's default, set under Settings, then Selling, in New product defaults by anyone with the Store settings permission. If there's no default, it starts as One purchase.
If your store is already at its limit, the dialog tells you under the name, for example: "Your plan covers 10 products. Pro raises that to 100."
A product's pages
Open a product from the Products list to reach its pages. You only see the pages your permissions open. The product permissions are Edit products, Publish products, Prices and sales and Delete products.

Details, Pricing and Delivery each save on their own. When you change something, a bar appears at the bottom with the number of unsaved changes. Press Save details, Save pricing or Save delivery to keep them, or Discard to put everything back.
The header across the top of the product's pages shows its status, how complete it is, when it last changed and how many people own it.
What a product needs before it can be published
The Status box on Overview and Details lists four things. Publish stays greyed out until every one is ticked:
At least one image
A one-line summary
A description
A way to get it (free, or a Roblox product or game pass)
The header shows your progress, like "50% · needs a one-line summary", and says "ready to list" when nothing is missing.
Here's where each one comes from:
An image: add one on Media. Enviglo checks every upload before it appears, and it only counts once approved. See Images, video and files.
A summary and a description: fill them in on Details. See Product details.
You don't need a file to publish. But owners have nothing to download until you upload one on Media.
Preview it
Press Preview in the header of any of the product's pages to see its public page. While the product isn't published, only your team and Enviglo staff can open it (unless it's an announced drop, below), and a banner at the top says so. Once it's published, the button reads View page.
Publish
Open the product's Overview or Details page.
In Status, press Publish.
You'll see "Product published." You can also publish from the Products list: open the menu at the end of a product's row and choose Publish. To publish several at once, tick them and press Publish in the bar at the bottom. Any that aren't ready are skipped and named, with what each one still needs.
Once published, the product shows on your storefront and across the marketplace: in browse, search and its category. For 30 days from the first time it was published, it can carry the New label. Unpublishing and publishing again doesn't restart that.
Schedule a drop
You can book a draft to publish itself at a set time.
Open the product's Details page.
In Status, press Schedule a drop.
Pick a date and time under Publish at.
Leave Show it on the storefront with a countdown ticked to announce the drop now, or untick it to keep it hidden until it opens.
Press Book it.
An announced drop appears on your storefront before it opens. Its page is public, with a Drops in countdown and no way to buy yet. Visitors can press the heart to hear when it's out. To announce a drop, the product needs an image first.
When the time comes, Enviglo publishes the product within a few minutes and tells everyone who wishlisted it. If the product isn't ready by then, it stays a draft and keeps its booking, and it goes out as soon as it's complete.
While a drop is booked, Status shows a countdown, plus Announce it now or Hide it until it opens, and Cancel the booking.
Unpublish
Press Unpublish in Status, or choose it from the row menu on Products. The product goes back to being a draft, hidden from everyone outside your team. People who already own it keep it.
Publish is greyed out. Something on the checklist isn't ticked. An image still waiting for review doesn't count yet.
"Add a description before publishing." Publishing from somewhere other than the Status box names whatever is missing. Fill it in and try again.
"Pick a time in the future, or publish it now." The drop time you picked has already passed.
"You do not have permission to do that." Your role doesn't include the permission this needs. Ask an owner or admin.
Saving Details says "That name is reserved." A few words, such as admin, help or store, belong to Enviglo's own pages and can't be a product's web address. A new product named after one of them gets "-product" added to its address; if you've typed one into URL yourself, pick another.
"Your plan covers 10 products." Delete products you no longer need, or move to a bigger plan. Archiving doesn't free a place.
