The Notices page in your store's dashboard lists the moderation decisions the Enviglo team has made about your store: warnings, suspended products, a suspended store, and the review of every image and video you upload. Everyone on the store's team can open it.
Find your notices
Open Notices in your store's dashboard sidebar. The number beside it counts new warnings, suspended products and rejected uploads since you last opened the page, going back up to 30 days. Opening the page marks them as read for you.
Owners and admins are also notified when Enviglo makes a decision about your store. The owner can't turn these notifications off; admins can, under Notifications in account settings. The decisions stay on Notices either way.
Your store's standing
The panel at the top sums things up:
Your store is in good standing: no active warnings and no suspended products.
Your store has notices to look at: it says how many active warnings and suspended products you have.
Your store is suspended: see below.
Beside it are counts of active Warnings, Suspended products, and uploads In review.
Warnings
A warning is a formal notice from Enviglo about your store, with the reason for it. Warnings stay on record, and repeated warnings can lead to a suspension.
Read the reason and fix what it describes. If Enviglo withdraws a warning, it stays on the list, faded and marked Withdrawn with the date.
Suspended products
Enviglo can suspend a single product. A suspended product:
is hidden everywhere, and can't be republished until Enviglo restores it
stays with the customers who own it, who keep their licenses
can't be downloaded while it's suspended. Buyers see "Enviglo is reviewing this product, so downloads are paused."
When Enviglo restores it, the product goes back to draft and you're notified. Check it over and publish it again. See Drafts, published and deleted products.
A suspended store
If Enviglo suspends your whole store, the page says Your store is suspended with the reason, and your dashboard shows a banner saying This store is suspended by Enviglo. While it's suspended:
Your storefront and products are hidden.
Buyers can't download your products.
Your store's API keys stop working.
You can't pause, close or delete the store.
Your team can still use the dashboard. When Enviglo lifts the suspension, you're notified and the storefront shows again.
Media review
Every image and video uploaded to your store is checked before it goes live: your store's icon and banner, product media, and videos for promoted tiles.
Waiting for review shows what's still being checked. Until an upload is approved, it doesn't show publicly, and a new icon or banner doesn't replace the current one.
Rejected shows uploads turned down in the last 90 days, with the reason. Rejected files are deleted, so upload a replacement that follows the rules. For product media, or your store's icon or banner, Upload a replacement takes you to the right page. For a promoted tile's video, add a new one from Promote.
Appeal a decision
If you think a decision is wrong, appeal it:
Select Appeal next to the warning, product or rejected upload. For a suspended store, select Appeal the suspension.
A new support ticket opens with Selling on Enviglo and the subject filled in. In Message, explain why you think the decision should change.
Select Send to Enviglo support. The Enviglo team replies in the ticket.
Can I remove a warning? No. Warnings stay on record unless Enviglo withdraws them.
Where are other decisions? Decisions on promoted campaigns show on Promote; see Promote your products. Badges show under Settings → Selling. Warnings about your own account, rather than a store, are under Account standing in account settings.
