The Enviglo bot answers slash commands in Discord. Customers can check what they own, get their downloads and roles, and review products. Store staff can give, revoke and transfer licenses and see how the store is doing. This guide covers every command.
Before you start
A linked server: most commands read the store linked to the server you're in. The store's owner links it first. See Connect your Discord server.
A linked Discord account: the bot knows who you are from the Discord account linked to your Enviglo account. Without one, commands about you or your store can't find your account. See Link your Discord account.
How the bot knows who you are
The bot matches your Discord account to the Enviglo account it's linked to. Your licenses and your place on a store's team come from that Enviglo account. Your Discord roles don't decide what you can do in a store. The one exception is /setup, which also needs Administrator or Manage Server in the Discord server.
/store, /products, , , and the staff commands only work inside a server, because they use the store linked to it.

What each one replies
/profile shows the person's name, how many products they own (and how many from this server's store), their linked Roblox account, when they joined, stores they help run and their badges.
/link tells you if your Roblox account is linked. If it isn't, select Link Roblox to do it on Enviglo. See Link your Roblox account.
/store shows how many products the store has, its rating and when it joined Enviglo. Sales and followers only appear if the store shows them on its storefront.
/products lists up to 10 published products with their prices, most owned first. Use search to find something by name.
/licenses lists up to 25 of your products from this store, with when you got them, how many copies you have and when subscriptions end.
/retrieve suggests products you own as you type. It replies with the latest version and a button to download it from your library. If the product has a Discord role and you're missing it, the bot gives it back.
/review write takes a rating from 1 to 5 and an optional comment of up to 1,000 characters. Running it again updates your review. Only people who own the product can review it, and the store's own team can't.
/review view shows the average rating and the five latest reviews.

Owners and admins have every permission. Staff need the permission shown, from the areas ticked for them or their custom role. See Roles and permissions. Only you see the replies to these commands.
The product option suggests your store's products as you type, including drafts and archived products.
/give
Gives someone a product, the same as Grant license in the dashboard.
For user, mention a server member. Their Discord account must be linked to an Enviglo account.
For someone who isn't on Enviglo yet, use robloxid with their Roblox user ID.
Subscriptions get the product's own number of days.
The bot confirms what it granted. The product is in their library, and their product role follows.
/revoke
Revokes the person's active license for the product, using user or robloxid as with /give. Their download and product role go.
To give back the same license, with its history, use Restore on the license in your dashboard. Using /give afterwards makes a new license instead. See Give, revoke, restore and transfer licenses.
/transfer
Moves a license from one person to another. from and to each take a mention, a Discord user ID, a Roblox user ID or an Enviglo username such as @username. The product role moves with the license.
/stats
Shows the store's sales all time and over the last 7 and 30 days, its customers, published products, followers, reviews and most-owned product, with a button to open the dashboard.
The bot checks the same permissions as the website. Someone without the permission gets "Staff only".
If your store makes staff ask a manager first, /give, /revoke and /transfer don't happen straight away. The bot replies "Sent for approval", with a See your requests button. A manager then approves or turns it down on the website, and the staff member gets a notification. See Approvals.

Show staff commands in Discord
Discord keeps /give, /revoke, /transfer and /stats hidden from members without the Administrator permission until a server admin allows them. /setup is shown only to members with Administrator unless an admin changes it. A server admin chooses who can see each command in Discord's settings for the Enviglo app in that server.
Allowing a command in Discord doesn't give anyone access to your store. The bot still checks their permissions on Enviglo.
"Sign in to Enviglo first": your Discord account isn't linked to an Enviglo account. Sign in with Discord, or link it under Connections in your account settings.
"Staff only": your Enviglo account doesn't have the permission for that command in this store, or the Discord account you're using isn't the one linked to your Enviglo account.
"Who is it for?" or "Whose license?": you didn't name anyone, or the member you mentioned hasn't linked Discord on Enviglo. Use their Roblox user ID with robloxid instead.
"No active license": the person doesn't hold that product right now, so there's nothing to revoke.
"Couldn't give that": the reason follows. For example, the person may already own a product that can only be owned once.
"You don't own that yet":/retrieve only works for products on your Enviglo account. If you bought it in a game, check your Roblox account is linked.
"Owners only" or "Team members can't review": only owners can review a product, and a store's own team can't review its products.
"Slow down": you've sent a lot of commands, or written a lot of reviews, in a short time. Try again later.
"Something went wrong": try again in a moment. If it keeps happening, open a support ticket.
A command doesn't appear when you type /: for staff commands, a server admin needs to allow them for you in Discord.
