There's no button to delete your account yourself. Enviglo support deletes it for you when you ask. This guide covers what to do first, how to ask, and what deleting changes.
Deleting an account can't be undone.
Before you ask
Hand over any store you own. Enviglo can't delete an account that still owns a store. Transfer each one to someone else first. See Transfer or close your store. If that isn't possible, say what you'd like done with the store when you ask.
Keep what you want from your library. Once your account is gone, you can't download anything from it. Download the files you want to keep first. See .
In Message, say you want your account deleted, and mention any store you still own.
Select Send to Enviglo support.
Enviglo replies in the ticket and sends you a notification.
If your account is suspended, you can't open a ticket. The sign-in page tells you your account is suspended and gives an email address for Enviglo support: ask there instead.
What happens when it's deleted
Your profile goes. Your profile page, pictures, bio, links and the personal details on your account are removed, along with your links to Discord and Roblox.
Your licenses stay on record without an owner. Nobody can use them: no downloads, no Discord roles, and games no longer recognise you as the owner.
Purchase records stay with the stores. The record that a sale happened is kept, but it's no longer tied to you.
These are deleted: reviews you wrote, who you follow, your wishlist, your notifications, your conversations with stores and your support tickets.
Forum posts and wiki edits stay. Your topics and posts remain, shown as from a "Deleted account". Your wiki edits stay in each page's history, credited to "a deleted account".
You leave every store team you were on.
Accounts made from myPod
If Enviglo made an account for you from myPod's records and you'd rather it didn't exist, ask for it to be deleted in the same way. See Coming from myPod.
