Moving your customers over from Vault isn't available any more.

Vault has removed the ability to export your customers, so Enviglo can't bring them over from Vault any more. Move from Vault under Settings → Integrations says so, and doesn't start anything new.

If you started an import

Open Settings → Integrations → Move from Vault.

If it was still reading your vault or waiting for you to review it, select Throw it away. Enviglo forgets your vault's API key, and nothing was imported, so nobody loses anything.
If it had already brought licenses over, they stay where they are. You can still finish the import, which makes Enviglo forget your key, or undo it.

If you'd like to be sure, make a new API key on Vault afterwards.

Give your customers their products another way

Give licenses yourself: give a product to a customer by their Enviglo username, or their Roblox ID if they haven't joined Enviglo yet. See Grant a license.
