This guide covers two pages in your store's dashboard: Settings → Store, which shapes your storefront, and Settings → Selling, which holds your plan, categories, badges and product defaults. Integrations and Team have their own guides: see Connect your Discord server, API keys and Invite your team.
Before you start
Settings sits at the bottom of your store's dashboard sidebar. Who can do what:
Store and Selling pages: owners, admins, and staff given Settings (or a custom role with Store settings).
Store status (pausing the store): owners and admins.
Asking to change the store's address: the owner only.
Upgrading or managing the plan: owners and admins.
Save your changes
The Store page saves as one form. As soon as you change something, a bar appears at the bottom saying how many changes are unsaved. Select to keep them, or to put everything back. Nothing is saved until you do.
Save store settings
Discard
If any field has a problem, nothing on the page is saved. The errors show next to the fields, so fix them and save again.
Pausing the store is the exception: it happens as soon as you confirm it.
Store status
Taking a break? Pause the store and it's hidden from Enviglo while buyers keep everything they own.
On Settings → Store, find Store status and select Pause store.
If you like, write a Note for visitors, such as when you'll be back. It can be up to 160 characters.
Select Pause store.
While the store is paused:
The store and every product in it disappear from browse, search, the home page and your profile, and its promotions stop showing.
Anyone who follows an old link sees that the store is taking a break, with your note if you left one.
Buyers keep their library, downloads and Discord roles. Your in-game hub keeps recording Roblox purchases.
Your team can still open the storefront, with a banner saying it's paused.
Select Edit note to change the note. When you're ready, select Reopen store. Everything comes back exactly as it was, drafts and all.
Store address: your storefront's address, shown as enviglo.com/s/your-store. You can't edit it here; see below.
Description: up to 600 characters, shown on your storefront's About tab. Markdown is supported.
Change your store's address
A store's address can change once, with Enviglo's approval. Nothing redirects from the old address, so every link to it stops working the moment the change is approved. Only the owner can ask.
Under Store address, select Change address.
Enter the New address. The rules are the same as when you opened the store: 3 to 48 characters, using lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens.
If you like, say Why. It helps the Enviglo team decide.
Tick the box to confirm you understand that old links will stop working.
Select Ask Enviglo.
While you wait, the request shows under the address, and you can select Withdraw request. You're notified when Enviglo decides. If the request is turned down, your address stays as it is and you can ask again. Once an address has changed, it's fixed for good.
Visibility
Customers
Take custom work: shows Request custom work on your storefront and lets products take commissions. Requests arrive under Orders. Off for new stores. Services you publish take requests whether or not this is ticked; see Offer a service.
Accept messages: shows Message store on your storefront. Turning it off keeps conversations that are already open. On for new stores. See Messages and reviews for your store.
Let customers transfer licenses: owners can hand one of your products to another Enviglo user from their library. Every transfer is logged, you can block it per product, and you can move a license back from Customers. Off for new stores. See Give, revoke, restore and transfer licenses.
Shown publicly
All three are on for new stores.
Sales: how many licenses your store has issued, and how many people own each product.
Followers: your follower count on your storefront, product pages and store cards.
Owner: who owns the store, in your storefront's sidebar and under the store's name. Your team always sees it.
Branding
Icon: a square image, at least 256×256.
Banner: a wide image, at least 1600×400.
Select Upload (or Replace) to add an image, then save the page. Images can be PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or AVIF, under 12 MB. To remove one, select the X beside it and save.
Enviglo checks every new image before it shows publicly. When you save, you'll see "Saved. New images show once Enviglo approves them." Until then your current image stays, and the field says a new one is waiting for review. If it's rejected, the field shows the reason, and so does your store's Notices page. See Notices from Enviglo.
With no banner, your storefront shows images from your products in its place.
Links
Everything here appears in the Links box on your storefront's About tab. Leave a field empty to remove it.
Website: any http or https address.
Discord invite: a discord.gg or discord.com/invite link. To connect the server itself for roles and delivery, see Connect your Discord server.
Roblox group ID: numbers only. Your storefront links to the group.
Roblox place ID: numbers only. This is the game where you sell. Buy on Roblox buttons open it with the product in the launch data (for a game pass, the button opens the game pass instead), and your storefront links to it as Play the store's game. Connecting Roblox under Settings → Integrations needs it too. A product can send its buyers to a different place from its own Delivery page.
Social profiles: X, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and GitHub. Each must be an https link on that site.
The Selling page
Open Settings → Selling for your plan, categories, badges and product defaults. The categories save as soon as you add, rename or delete one.
Plan
The Plan section shows which plan this store is on — its owner's — and how much of each limit it's using. The plan itself is changed in your own Settings → Plan. See Plans, limits and fees.
Store categories
Your own sections on your storefront, such as Vehicles. They show as filters above your products, and in a Store categories box on the About tab.
To add one, type a name and select Add. Names can be up to 32 characters, and each must be different.
Rename a category with the pencil, or delete it with the bin. Deleting a category doesn't delete its products; they just leave it.
A store can have up to 20.
You put a product in categories from its Details page, and a product can be in more than one. See Product details.
Badges
Enviglo gives badges to stores. They show next to your store's name across the marketplace.
Official: run by the Enviglo team.
Partner: an established creator Enviglo works with directly.
Verified: Enviglo checked the store is run by who it says it is.
Founding store: selling since myPod or Enviglo's first days.
To ask for one, select Request verification or Apply to be a partner. Each opens a support ticket with the details filled in.
New product defaults
How buying works sets the license type each new product starts with: One purchase, Buy more than once or Subscription. Every product can still be set differently on its own Pricing page, and changing the default leaves existing products alone. Select Save defaults to keep your choice. See Pricing and license types.
What your storefront shows
At the top: your banner, icon, name and badges, and your name as owner when Owner is ticked. Visitors can Follow the store, use Message store and Request custom work when those are on, Share it or report it. Your team sees a Manage button in place of the message, request and report buttons.
Under the name: the store's rating, number of products, followers (when Followers is ticked), licenses issued (when Sales is ticked), and the month it opened. The rating comes from your store's own reviews once it has some, and from your products' reviews until then.
Sections: Products, Services when you've published any, About and Reviews.
Troubleshooting
"Enter a discord.gg invite link." The Discord invite field only takes invite links.
"Roblox place IDs are numeric." or "Roblox group IDs are numeric." Enter just the number, not the whole web address.
"Enter a link on x.com." (or another site) A social link has to be on that platform's own site.
"Your store's address has been changed once already, so it's fixed now." An address can only change once.
"Another store has that address." Pick a different new address.
You can't see Settings, or some of its pages. Ask an owner or admin for the permission you need. See Roles and permissions.
