The Delivery page connects a product to Roblox, where people pay for it, and to your Discord server, where owners get a role. You need the Edit products permission.
To get there: in your store's dashboard, open Products, pick the product, then open Delivery.
Your Roblox place. Set your store's Roblox place ID under Settings, then Store, in Links, which needs the Store settings permission. It's the game where you sell, and it's where Buy on Roblox sends people. If it's empty, Enviglo fills it in with your hub's place once your published in-game hub runs.
A Roblox connection (optional, but it saves work). With your store's Roblox experience connected under Settings, then Integrations, Enviglo creates developer products for you and keeps their prices in step. Without it, you paste the IDs in yourself. Connecting needs the permission.
Integrations
A Discord server, if you want to give roles. Link it under Settings, then Integrations. See Connect your Discord server.
The Roblox status box
The box at the top says what Roblox reports about this product right now:
Roblox isn't connected or Roblox needs reconnecting: Enviglo can't create or price developer products for your store. Buy links still work if you paste the IDs in yourself. Fix it takes you to your integrations.
No experience to sell in: your store's place ID doesn't lead to a Roblox experience.
Nothing to buy yet: set a Robux price on Pricing, and Enviglo creates the developer product the next time you save.
Off sale on Roblox: Roblox reports the product as not for sale, so the buy button can't do anything. Put it back on sale on Roblox.
On sale at your Robux price: everything's working. It also names the Roblox account and experience your store is connected through.
Press Check Roblox to read the price and sale state again now. Otherwise Enviglo re-reads them after you save and every few days.
Buying it on Roblox
A purchase of either of these gives the buyer a license on Enviglo automatically.
Developer product ID
Bought inside your game, and can be bought more than once.
If your store is connected, Enviglo fills this in itself when you save a Robux price. If not, create the developer product on Roblox and paste its ID here.
It works with every license type, so it's what you need for Buy more than once and Subscription products.
Your game has to tell Enviglo about each purchase. The in-game hub does this for you, and lists your published products that have a developer product, plus your free ones. See Set up the in-game hub and Sell with developer products.
Game pass ID
Bought on roblox.com, once per person.
Only works with the One purchase license type.
When you save a new ID, Enviglo checks it with Roblox.
Its price comes from Roblox, so change it there.
Buyers are told to buy the pass on Roblox, then join your store's game. See Sell with game passes.
If a product has both, Buy on Roblox goes to the game pass.
Place ID for this product
Leave it empty to use your store's place. Set one to send buyers of this product to a different game.
If neither this nor your store has a place, Buy on Roblox has nowhere to send people, and the product page shows Sold in-game instead.
In-game hub image
What your in-game hub shows for this product. Games can only draw images uploaded to Roblox, so upload the picture there and paste its image ID. An ID in the rbxassetid form works too. Products that came from myPod kept theirs.
Press Save delivery in the bar at the bottom to keep your changes.

What they get in Discord
Owners get the role you set here in your linked server.
In Discord, turn on Developer Mode, right-click the role, and copy its ID.
Paste it into Role ID and press Save delivery.
In your server's role list, keep the Enviglo bot's own role above this role. Otherwise Discord won't let the bot hand it out.
How it behaves:
Owners need to have linked their Discord account to Enviglo, and be in your server.
They're given the role when they buy the product or are granted it.
It's taken away if their license is revoked or their subscription runs out, and it moves with a license that's transferred.
The product page's Details tab tells buyers delivery includes a Discord role.
An owner who's missing the role can run /retrieve in your server to get it back. See Discord bot commands.
"Developer product IDs are numeric.", "Game pass IDs are numeric." or "Place IDs are numeric." Paste only the number, not the whole link.
"Roblox has no game pass with that ID. Check the number in the pass's URL." The ID is wrong. Copy the number from the pass's page on Roblox.
"Another product in this store uses that developer product ID, or a deleted one that people still own." Each developer product or game pass can belong to only one product in your store. A deleted product that people own keeps its IDs, so games checking ownership still work.
"Game passes can only be bought once on Roblox. Use a developer product for this kind of license." The product's license type isn't One purchase. Change it on Pricing, or sell with a developer product instead.
"Delivery saved, but Roblox wasn't updated:" followed by a reason. Your changes are saved on Enviglo. Check the Roblox connection under Settings, then Integrations.
"Enter a valid Discord ID." Role IDs are 17 to 20 digits. Copy it again with Developer Mode on.
"Roblox is rate limiting us." Wait the number of seconds it says, then press Check Roblox again.
Owners aren't getting the role. Check the bot's role sits above it, and that the owner has linked Discord and joined your server.
