A plan belongs to you, not to a store. One plan covers your account and every store you own: it sets how big each store's catalogue and team can be, how many stores you can own at once, what your profile can do, and Enviglo's fee on web sales. New accounts start on Free.
Your plan lives in Settings → Plan. A store's Settings → Selling page shows what its owner's plan allows it and how much of that it's using, but the plan itself is changed in your own settings.

Never capped, whatever you're on: your library and its downloads, followers, wishlists, reviews, messages, analytics, discounts and scheduled sales.
Every plan includes the storefront, file delivery and licenses, the Roblox and Discord integrations, and analytics going back to the day your store opened. Ultimate also comes with priority support: tickets you open go to the front of Enviglo's queue while you own an Ultimate store. See Get help with a purchase. The pricing page compares the plans too.
Fees
Enviglo's fee on a sale made on Enviglo is a percentage plus 30¢: 9% + 30¢ on Free, 6% + 30¢ on Pro and 4% + 30¢ on Ultimate. A $10 sale on Pro pays Enviglo 90¢, and you keep $9.10.
The 30¢ is there because Enviglo is paid before you are. The buyer pays Enviglo, the card networks take a percentage and a fixed amount out of that payment, and Enviglo pays you the rest less its fee. A percentage on its own can't cover a cost that's partly fixed, which is why every plan has both parts and why the percentage never falls below 4%.
Products bought with Robux on Roblox are different: that money never comes through Enviglo, so Enviglo takes nothing from a Roblox sale, on any plan, for good. Roblox takes its own cut of those.
Moving up pays for itself at about $166 a month of web sales for Pro, and about $400 for Ultimate. Below that, the reason to move up is the room, not the rate.
What counts towards each limit
Products: every product that isn't deleted, drafts included. A deleted product that people still own doesn't take a place.
Team members: everyone on the team, the owner included, plus invitations that haven't run out. On Free, that's just you.
API keys: keys that still work. Revoked keys and your in-game hub's own key don't count.
Webhooks: every webhook you've added.
Custom roles: named staff roles you've made. Free stores can't make them.
Services: services you offer for commission, archived ones aside.
Redeem codes: codes that still work. Switched-off and expired codes don't take a place.
Video on a product page: every plan can add a YouTube video to a product. Uploading a video to Enviglo comes with Pro, because Enviglo then stores and serves it. Videos already on a product stay where they are whatever your plan.
Largest file and versions kept: per product file you upload. Storage is what Enviglo pays for monthly, so these follow the plan for every store, migrated ones included.
Stores you can own: set by your plan. Closed stores don't count.
To see how much of each a store is using, open Settings → Selling in that store's dashboard and look at the Plan section. To see the plan itself, open your own Settings → Plan.
When you reach a limit
Nothing you already have stops working. You just can't add another until you make room or move up a plan. The message says what would lift the limit, for example:
"Your plan covers 10 products. Pro raises that to 100."
"Your plan covers 2 team members. Pro raises that to 10."
"Files must be under 50 MB. Pro raises that to 250 MB."
"Custom roles come with the Pro and Ultimate plans."
"You own 1 store, the most Free allows. Move to Pro to own up to 3, or Ultimate for 10."
On Ultimate, the message only says what the plan covers. If you own 10 stores and need more, contact support.
Moving down a plan never removes anything. What you already have stays, and anything new follows the lower plan's limits.
If a store changes hands
A store takes its new owner's plan when it's handed over, because the plan was never the store's. If they're on Free and the store was on Pro, its limits become Free's from that moment — nothing in the store is removed, and anything already there stays. See Transfer or close your store.
Stores from myPod
Stores that came over from myPod show a myPod store label on the plan card. Whatever their plan, the card shows no limit for products and team members — not just for what they arrived with, but for anything they add later, and that doesn't expire. Everything else (API keys, webhooks, custom roles, services, codes and file sizes) follows the plan, as it does for any store.
Owners who held myPod Plus or Enterprise were also given free months of a paid plan, as a thank-you: Pro for Plus, Ultimate for Enterprise. It's on your account, so it covers every store you own. Settings → Plan shows the date it ends, and you get a reminder a week before. After that date you move to Free and your stores keep everything in them, unless you've subscribed by then.
If your myPod store is still unclaimed, the free months are waiting on it and move to your account when you claim it.
To keep the plan, select Keep Pro or Keep Ultimate in Settings → Plan and subscribe. You're not charged until the free months end, and the plan card shows the date of the first payment. Free months don't include the monthly ad credit.
Upgrade your plan
Open your Settings → Plan.
Select Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Ultimate.
Pay on Stripe's checkout page. Plans are billed monthly in US dollars, with tax added where it applies. You can enter a promotion code there if you have one.
You come back to Settings, and "Payment received. Thank you!" confirms it. The new limits and fee apply straight away, to every store you own.
If you leave checkout without paying, you'll see "Checkout cancelled. Nothing was charged." If the payment is still processing, the page updates once Stripe confirms it.
Select Compare plans to see the plans side by side.
Change or cancel your plan
Once you're paying, the Plan section shows when it renews, and Manage billing takes the place of the upgrade buttons. Manage billing opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can:
switch between Pro and Ultimate, with Stripe adjusting the charge for the rest of the billing period
update your card and your billing details
see and download invoices
cancel the plan.
Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the month you've paid for. The plan card shows that it's cancelled and the date you move to Free. When it does, everything in your stores stays.
If a payment fails
The plan stays while Stripe retries the card, and the plan card says the last payment didn't go through. You're also told by notification and email. Update your card through Manage billing to keep the plan. If Stripe stops retrying, you move to Free.
Closing a store on a paid plan
You can't close or delete a store while you're paying for a plan that only covers it. Cancel the plan first, or move the store to someone else. See Transfer or close your store.
If billing isn't available
When paid plans aren't on sale, the Plan section shows your plan and what you're using, with no upgrade or billing buttons, and says nothing is charged yet. The Buy credit panel on Promote doesn't appear either.
Ad credit
Pro includes $2 of ad credit a month and Ultimate $5, added once a month to the first store you opened. Owners and admins can also buy credit in packs. Credit pays for promoted tiles in browse and on the home page. See Promote your products.
