Reviews on Enviglo come from customers. You can rate a product you own, and a store you've bought from, to help other developers choose.
Who can review
A product: people who own it. For a subscription, that means while your access is running.
A store: customers who own something from it, or whose request for work it took on.
A store's own team can't review its products or the store, even if they own something from it. If you can't review something, you'll still see its reviews, just without the form.
Review a product
Open the product's page and go to the Reviews tab. There are two shortcuts: the star button on the product in your library, and Write a review under You own this product on the product page.
Under Rate this product, pick from 1 to 5 stars.
If you like, write a comment, up to 2,000 characters.
Press Post review.
Your review appears on the product's page with your name and picture, and on your profile under . A product's rating is the average of its reviews.
Reviews written
In a store's Discord server that uses the Enviglo bot, you can also review a product you own with the /review write command. See Discord bot commands.
Review a store
A store review is about the store as a whole: support, updates and communication.
Open the store's page and go to Reviews.
Under Store reviews, in Rate this store, pick from 1 to 5 stars.
If you like, add a comment.
Press Post review.
Once a store has reviews of its own, its page shows them as the Store rating. Until then, its page shows a Product rating, the average across its products.
Edit or delete a review
You have one review per product and one per store. To change yours, go back to the same place: the form shows Your review with your stars and comment.
Change the stars or the comment, then press Update review.
Or press Delete to remove it.
On a product, you need to still own it to edit or delete your review. If your license is revoked or transferred, or your subscription ends, your review stays up, but the form doesn't come back until you own the product again.
Rules and removals
Stores can't reply to reviews. If you want an answer from a store, message it from its page.
A store can remove a review of one of its products if it breaks the store's rules. You get a notification when it does.
Enviglo can remove any review that breaks its community rules, and tells you when it does.
Anyone signed in can report a review with the Report button beside it. See Get help with a purchase.
You can post or update up to 10 reviews an hour.
Common questions
Why can't I see the review form?
You need to be signed in and own the product, or for a store review, own something from the store or have had it take on work for you. Products you got free, from a code or as a gift count too.
I finished a commission. Can I review the store?
Yes. Once a store has taken on your request, you can review the store, and the creators on its team. See Request a service.
