- This guide covers two pages in your store's dashboard: **Settings** → **Store**, which shapes your storefront, and **Settings** → **Selling**, which holds your plan, categories, badges and product defaults. **Integrations** and **Team** have their own guides: see [Connect your Discord server](/wiki/connect-your-discord-server), [API keys](/wiki/api-keys) and [Invite your team](/wiki/invite-your-team).+ Your store's **Settings** has six tabs: **Storefront**, **Selling**, **FAQ**, **Integrations**, **Team** and **Plan & badges**. This guide covers four of them: **Storefront**, which shapes your storefront, **Selling**, which sets what customers can do and what new products start as, **FAQ**, the questions you answer for buyers, and **Plan & badges**. **Integrations** and **Team** have their own guides: see [Connect your Discord server](/wiki/connect-your-discord-server), [API keys](/wiki/api-keys) and [Invite your team](/wiki/invite-your-team).## Before you start- **Settings** sits at the bottom of your store's dashboard sidebar. Who can do what:+ **Settings** sits at the bottom of your store's dashboard sidebar. It opens on the first tab you can use, so someone with only the **Integrations** permission lands on **Integrations**. Who can do what:- - **Store** and **Selling** pages: owners, admins, and staff given **Settings** (or a custom role with **Store settings**).+ - **Storefront**, **Selling**, **FAQ** and **Plan & badges**: owners, admins, and staff given **Settings** (or a custom role with **Store settings**).+ - **Integrations**: owners, admins, and staff given **Integrations**.+ - **Team**: owners and admins.- **Store status** (pausing the store): owners and admins.- - Asking to change the store's address: the owner only.- - Upgrading or managing the plan: owners and admins.-- ## Save your changes-- The **Store** page saves as one form. As soon as you change something, a bar appears at the bottom saying how many changes are unsaved. Select **Save store settings** to keep them, or **Discard** to put everything back. Nothing is saved until you do.-- If any field has a problem, nothing on the page is saved. The errors show next to the fields, so fix them and save again.-- Pausing the store is the exception: it happens as soon as you confirm it.+ - Asking to change the store's address, transferring ownership, and closing or deleting the store: the owner only.+ - Changing the plan: the owner, in their own account **Settings** → **Plan**.- ## Store status+ ## How changes save- Taking a break? Pause the store and it's hidden from Enviglo while buyers keep everything they own.+ The **General**, **Branding**, **Links** and **Shown publicly** sections of the **Storefront** tab save together, as one form. As soon as you change something in them, a bar appears at the bottom saying how many changes are unsaved. Select **Save store settings** to keep them, or **Discard** to put everything back, images and colour included. Nothing in those sections is saved until you do.- 1. On **Settings** → **Store**, find **Store status** and select **Pause store**.- 2. If you like, write a **Note for visitors**, such as when you'll be back. It can be up to 160 characters.- 3. Select **Pause store**.+ If any field has a problem, nothing is saved. The errors show next to the fields, and the message names them as they're labelled on screen, for example "Couldn't save. Check Discord invite." Fix them and save again.- While the store is paused:+ If you have unsaved changes and try to leave the **Storefront** tab, by selecting another tab, the sidebar or a link, Enviglo asks **Leave without saving?** first.- - The store and every product in it disappear from browse, search, the home page and your profile, and its promotions stop showing.- - Anyone who follows an old link sees that the store is taking a break, with your note if you left one.- - Buyers keep their library, downloads and Discord roles. Your in-game hub keeps recording Roblox purchases.- - Your team can still open the storefront, with a banner saying it's paused.+ Everything else, on every settings tab, saves the moment you change it — switches, dropdowns and buttons alike — with a short confirmation. Anything hard to undo asks first: unlinking your Discord server, disconnecting Roblox, transferring ownership, and closing or deleting the store.- Select **Edit note** to change the note. When you're ready, select **Reopen store**. Everything comes back exactly as it was, drafts and all.+ ## Storefront- A store Enviglo has suspended can't be paused. To stop selling for good, see [Transfer or close your store](/wiki/transfer-or-close-your-store).+ The **Storefront** tab is what visitors see: your store's name, look, links and numbers. Below those are your own address and, at the bottom, pausing, handing over and closing the store.- ## General+ ### General- **Store name**: 2 to 48 characters.- **Store address**: your storefront's address, shown as `enviglo.com/s/your-store`. You can't edit it here; see below.- - **Description**: up to 600 characters, shown on your storefront's **About** tab. Markdown is supported.+ - **Description**: up to 1,500 characters, shown on your storefront's **About** tab. Markdown is supported.### Change your store's address…While you wait, the request shows under the address, and you can select **Withdraw request**. You're notified when Enviglo decides. If the request is turned down, your address stays as it is and you can ask again. Once an address has changed, it's fixed for good.- ## Visibility+ ### Branding- ### Customers+ - **Icon**: a square image, at least 256×256.+ - **Banner**: wide and short. At 1600×270 it fills the space exactly; pick any other size and you're asked to frame it.+ - **Background artwork**: fills the page behind your storefront's header (the banner, name and stats) and fades into the page below. Soft, wide artwork works best. Ultimate only: below Ultimate, the section shows **Comes with Ultimate** instead.+ - **Storefront colour**: on Pro and Ultimate, pick a colour for your storefront. Buttons, links and chips on your pages take it; the Enviglo header above stays as it is. The colours are a fixed set so that every one stays readable — select the first swatch to go back to Enviglo blue. Below Pro, it shows **Comes with Pro**.- - **Take custom work**: shows **Request custom work** on your storefront and lets products take commissions. Requests arrive under **Orders**. Off for new stores. Services you publish take requests whether or not this is ticked; see [Offer a service](/wiki/offer-a-service).- - **Accept messages**: shows **Message store** on your storefront. Turning it off keeps conversations that are already open. On for new stores. See [Messages and reviews for your store](/wiki/store-messages-and-reviews).- - **Let customers transfer licenses**: owners can hand one of your products to another Enviglo user from their library. Every transfer is logged, you can block it per product, and you can move a license back from **Customers**. Off for new stores. See [Give, revoke, restore and transfer licenses](/wiki/manage-licenses).+ The **Preview** beside the fields shows a new icon or banner as soon as you pick it, before you save.+ Select **Upload** (or **Replace**) to add an image, then save the page. Images can be PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or AVIF, under 12 MB. To remove one, select the X beside it and save.++ To reuse an image your store already has approved, select **Choose from approved** instead. It goes up when you save, without waiting for review.++ On Ultimate, an animated GIF keeps moving. On every other plan a GIF uploads as its first frame.++ Enviglo checks every new upload before it shows publicly. When you save, you'll see "Saved. New images show once Enviglo approves them." Until then your current image stays, and the field says a new one is waiting for review. If it's rejected, the field shows the reason, and so does your store's **Notices** page. See [Notices from Enviglo](/wiki/notices-from-enviglo).++ With no banner, your storefront shows images from your products in its place.++ ### Links++ Everything here appears in the **Links** box on your storefront's **About** tab. Leave a field empty to remove it.++ - **Website**: any http or https address.+ - **Discord invite**: a `discord.gg` or `discord.com/invite` link. To connect the server itself for roles and delivery, see [Connect your Discord server](/wiki/connect-your-discord-server).+ - **Roblox group ID**: numbers only. Your storefront links to the group.+ - **Social profiles**: X, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and GitHub. Each must be an https link on that site.++ Your store's Roblox place isn't typed in here. Enviglo takes it from your in-game hub: publish the hub game and join it once, and the place it runs in becomes your store's place. **Buy on Roblox** buttons open it with the product in the launch data (for a game pass, the button opens the game pass instead), and your storefront links to it as **Play the store's game**. The **Roblox experience** connection under **Settings** → **Integrations** works in that place's experience, and follows it if the hub moves. **Start again** on the hub card forgets the place, so a hub published somewhere else can set it. A product can send its buyers to a different place from its own **Delivery** page. See [Set up the in-game hub](/wiki/set-up-the-in-game-hub).+### Shown publiclyAll three are on for new stores.…- **Followers**: your follower count on your storefront, product pages and store cards.- **Owner**: who owns the store, in your storefront's sidebar and under the store's name. Under **Your own address**, add either:- On Ultimate, an animated GIF keeps moving. On every other plan a GIF uploads as its first frame.+ - **The whole domain**, like `yourgame.com`. This takes the domain over, so anything already served there stops — and `www.yourgame.com` is set up to come here too, so you don't need to add it yourself.+ - **An address under it**, like `shop.yourgame.com`. Use this one if you already have a website on the domain.- Enviglo checks every new image before it shows publicly. When you save, you'll see "Saved. New images show once Enviglo approves them." Until then your current image stays, and the field says a new one is waiting for review. If it's rejected, the field shows the reason, and so does your store's **Notices** page. See [Notices from Enviglo](/wiki/notices-from-enviglo).+ Enviglo then shows the exact DNS record to add — a type, a name and a value — which you put in at whoever manages the domain's DNS. Press **Check now** once you have. It usually takes a few minutes and sometimes a few hours, and Enviglo keeps checking on its own either way, so you can close the page.- With no banner, your storefront shows images from your products in its place.+ Your store stays at its enviglo.com address whatever happens, and search engines are pointed there, so your store counts once rather than competing with itself. If the plan ends or the store closes, the address stops serving; nothing in the store is affected.- ## Your own address+ ### Store status- On Ultimate, your storefront can serve on a domain you own. **Settings** → **Your own address**, then add either:+ Taking a break? The categories save as soon as you add, rename or delete one.+ ### Close or delete the store- ### Plan+ At the very bottom of **Storefront**, the owner sees a red card: **Close this store** or **Delete this store**, depending on the store's history. See [Transfer or close your store](/wiki/transfer-or-close-your-store) for which applies and what happens to your buyers.- The **Plan** section shows which plan this store is on — its owner's — and how much of each limit it's using. Every product can still be set differently on its own pages, and changing a default leaves existing products alone.++ ## FAQ++ Open **Settings** → **FAQ** for the questions your store answers. They show in two places: a **FAQ** section on your store page, and a **FAQ** tab on every one of your products, under anything that product answers for itself.++ Use them for what buyers keep asking before they buy, not for what one product does:++ - what support you give, and where to ask for it;+ - whether they can use your work in a game they charge for;+ - how updates reach them once they've bought;+ - what you do if something doesn't work.++ Each question saves on its own, as soon as you press **Add question** or **Save answer** — there's no page-wide save here. Enviglo's answer arrives in your notices either way, and a request that's turned down says why, so you know what would change it. After a no, you can ask for verification again after 30 days, or apply to be a partner again after 60. The card shows the date and what Enviglo said.- ### New product defaults-- **How buying works** sets the license type each new product starts with: **One purchase**, **Buy more than once** or **Subscription**. Your store's Settings has six tabs: Storefront, Selling, FAQ, Integrations, Team and Plan & badges. This guide covers four of them: Storefront, which shapes your storefront, Selling, which sets what customers can do and what new products start as, FAQ, the questions you answer for buyers, and Plan & badges. Integrations and Team have their own guides: see Connect your Discord server, API keys and Invite your team.
Settings sits at the bottom of your store's dashboard sidebar. It opens on the first tab you can use, so someone with only the Integrations permission lands on Integrations. Who can do what:
The General, Branding, Links and Shown publicly sections of the Storefront tab save together, as one form. As soon as you change something in them, a bar appears at the bottom saying how many changes are unsaved. Select Save store settings to keep them, or Discard to put everything back, images and colour included. Nothing in those sections is saved until you do.
If any field has a problem, nothing is saved. The errors show next to the fields, and the message names them as they're labelled on screen, for example "Couldn't save. Check Discord invite." Fix them and save again.
If you have unsaved changes and try to leave the Storefront tab, by selecting another tab, the sidebar or a link, Enviglo asks Leave without saving? first.
Everything else, on every settings tab, saves the moment you change it — switches, dropdowns and buttons alike — with a short confirmation. Anything hard to undo asks first: unlinking your Discord server, disconnecting Roblox, transferring ownership, and closing or deleting the store.
The Storefront tab is what visitors see: your store's name, look, links and numbers. Below those are your own address and, at the bottom, pausing, handing over and closing the store.
enviglo.com/s/your-store. You can't edit it here; see below.A store's address can change once, with Enviglo's approval. Nothing redirects from the old address, so every link to it stops working the moment the change is approved. Only the owner can ask.
While you wait, the request shows under the address, and you can select Withdraw request. You're notified when Enviglo decides. If the request is turned down, your address stays as it is and you can ask again. Once an address has changed, it's fixed for good.
The Preview beside the fields shows a new icon or banner as soon as you pick it, before you save.
Select Upload (or Replace) to add an image, then save the page. Images can be PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or AVIF, under 12 MB. To remove one, select the X beside it and save.
To reuse an image your store already has approved, select Choose from approved instead. It goes up when you save, without waiting for review.
On Ultimate, an animated GIF keeps moving. On every other plan a GIF uploads as its first frame.
Enviglo checks every new upload before it shows publicly. When you save, you'll see "Saved. New images show once Enviglo approves them." Until then your current image stays, and the field says a new one is waiting for review. If it's rejected, the field shows the reason, and so does your store's Notices page. See Notices from Enviglo.
With no banner, your storefront shows images from your products in its place.
Everything here appears in the Links box on your storefront's About tab. Leave a field empty to remove it.
discord.gg or discord.com/invite link. To connect the server itself for roles and delivery, see Connect your Discord server.Your store's Roblox place isn't typed in here. Enviglo takes it from your in-game hub: publish the hub game and join it once, and the place it runs in becomes your store's place. Buy on Roblox buttons open it with the product in the launch data (for a game pass, the button opens the game pass instead), and your storefront links to it as Play the store's game. The Roblox experience connection under Settings → Integrations works in that place's experience, and follows it if the hub moves. Start again on the hub card forgets the place, so a hub published somewhere else can set it. A product can send its buyers to a different place from its own Delivery page. See Set up the in-game hub.
All three are on for new stores.
What customers can do with your store is on the Selling tab: see What customers can do.
On Ultimate, your storefront can serve on a domain you own. Under Your own address, add either:
yourgame.com. This takes the domain over, so anything already served there stops — and www.yourgame.com is set up to come here too, so you don't need to add it yourself.shop.yourgame.com. Use this one if you already have a website on the domain.Enviglo then shows the exact DNS record to add — a type, a name and a value — which you put in at whoever manages the domain's DNS. Press Check now once you have. It usually takes a few minutes and sometimes a few hours, and Enviglo keeps checking on its own either way, so you can close the page.
Your store stays at its enviglo.com address whatever happens, and search engines are pointed there, so your store counts once rather than competing with itself. If the plan ends or the store closes, the address stops serving; nothing in the store is affected.
Taking a break? Pause the store and it's hidden from Enviglo while buyers keep everything they own.
While the store is paused:
Select Edit note to change the note. When you're ready, select Reopen store. Everything comes back exactly as it was, drafts and all.
A store Enviglo has suspended can't be paused. To stop selling for good, see Transfer or close your store.
The owner can hand the store to someone already on its team, under Transfer ownership. Enviglo asks you to confirm first, because only the new owner can hand it back. See Transfer or close your store.
At the very bottom of Storefront, the owner sees a red card: Close this store or Delete this store, depending on the store's history. See Transfer or close your store for which applies and what happens to your buyers.
The Selling tab sets what customers can do with your store, its categories, and what new products start as. Everything on it saves as you change it.
Each switch saves as you flip it.
Your own sections on your storefront, such as Vehicles. They show as filters above your products, and in a Store categories box on the About tab. Categories save as soon as you add, rename or delete one.
You put a product in categories from its Details page, and a product can be in more than one. See Product details.
What a new product starts as, so you don't set the same things on every one:
Each one saves as you pick it. Every product can still be set differently on its own pages, and changing a default leaves existing products alone.
Open Settings → FAQ for the questions your store answers. They show in two places: a FAQ section on your store page, and a FAQ tab on every one of your products, under anything that product answers for itself.
Use them for what buyers keep asking before they buy, not for what one product does:
Each question saves on its own, as soon as you press Add question or Save answer — there's no page-wide save here. Use the arrows to put them in the order you want; the first one on the page is open, so lead with the one people ask most. Answers take Markdown, the same as a product description, so you can link your Discord or a guide.
A store answers up to 20 questions, and a question fits in 160 characters with 2,000 for the answer. Questions about one product go on that product instead: see Product details.
Open Settings → Plan & badges for your store's plan and badges.
The Plan section shows which plan this store is on — its owner's — and how much of each limit it's using. The plan itself is changed in the owner's own Settings → Plan: the owner's Change plan button opens it, and everyone else sees Compare plans. See Plans, limits and fees.
Enviglo gives badges to stores. They show next to your store's name across the marketplace.
You can ask for Verified and Partner here once your store meets what Enviglo asks for. Until then, the card lists each requirement, ticks the ones your store has and shows where it stands, and the button stays greyed out.
To ask for verification, your store needs:
To apply to be a partner, your store needs:
When it meets them, select Request verification or Apply to be a partner and answer Enviglo's questions. For verification: who runs the store, where your work can already be found, how Enviglo can tell the two are connected, and where your buyers come from. For a partnership: what the store makes, what sells best, where your work is used, how you look after buyers, and what partnering would change. Tick the box to say the answers are true, and send it. It goes straight to the Enviglo team as a request, along with where your store stood when you asked.
While it's waiting, the card says so and offers Withdraw if you change your mind. Enviglo's answer arrives in your notices either way, and a request that's turned down says why, so you know what would change it. After a no, you can ask for verification again after 30 days, or apply to be a partner again after 60. The card shows the date and what Enviglo said.
