This guide covers two pages in your store's dashboard: Settings → Store, which shapes your storefront, and Settings → Selling, which holds your plan, categories, badges and product defaults. Integrations and Team have their own guides: see Connect your Discord server, API keys and Invite your team.
Settings sits at the bottom of your store's dashboard sidebar. Who can do what:
The Store page saves as one form. As soon as you change something, a bar appears at the bottom saying how many changes are unsaved. Select Save store settings to keep them, or Discard to put everything back. Nothing is saved until you do.
If any field has a problem, nothing on the page is saved. The errors show next to the fields, so fix them and save again.
Pausing the store is the exception: it happens as soon as you confirm it.
Taking a break? Pause the store and it's hidden from Enviglo while buyers keep everything they own.
While the store is paused:
Select Edit note to change the note. When you're ready, select Reopen store. Everything comes back exactly as it was, drafts and all.
A store Enviglo has suspended can't be paused. To stop selling for good, see Transfer or close your store.
enviglo.com/s/your-store. You can't edit it here; see below.A store's address can change once, with Enviglo's approval. Nothing redirects from the old address, so every link to it stops working the moment the change is approved. Only the owner can ask.
While you wait, the request shows under the address, and you can select Withdraw request. You're notified when Enviglo decides. If the request is turned down, your address stays as it is and you can ask again. Once an address has changed, it's fixed for good.
All three are on for new stores.
Select Upload (or Replace) to add an image, then save the page. Images can be PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF or AVIF, under 12 MB. To remove one, select the X beside it and save.
Enviglo checks every new image before it shows publicly. When you save, you'll see "Saved. New images show once Enviglo approves them." Until then your current image stays, and the field says a new one is waiting for review. If it's rejected, the field shows the reason, and so does your store's Notices page. See Notices from Enviglo.
With no banner, your storefront shows images from your products in its place.
Everything here appears in the Links box on your storefront's About tab. Leave a field empty to remove it.

Your own sections on your storefront, such as Vehicles. They show as filters above your products, and in a Store categories box on the About tab.
You put a product in categories from its Details page, and a product can be in more than one. See Product details.
Enviglo gives badges to stores. They show next to your store's name across the marketplace.
To ask for one, select Request verification or Apply to be a partner. Each opens a support ticket with the details filled in.
How buying works sets the license type each new product starts with: One purchase, Buy more than once or Subscription. Every product can still be set differently on its own Pricing page, and changing the default leaves existing products alone. Select Save defaults to keep your choice. See Pricing and license types.
