As a store's owner, you can hand the store to someone else, or shut it down. Buyers keep what they bought either way. Only the owner can do any of this.
Just need a break? Pause the store instead, and reopen it whenever you like. See Store settings.
Transferring makes someone else the owner. It's near the bottom of Settings → Storefront.
It happens as soon as you confirm.
To leave the team afterwards, select Leave on your own row on the Team page. An owner can't leave without transferring first.
The red card at the very bottom of Settings → Storefront removes your store. Only the owner sees it. What it offers depends on the store's history:
You're taken back to Your stores.
You can't reopen a closed store yourself. Contact support, and Enviglo can reopen it. Reopening brings back the storefront, its products and the team's dashboard. API keys and webhooks stay off until you set them up again, and you'll need to connect Roblox and your Discord server again under Settings → Integrations.
A deleted store can't be brought back.
