+ Enviglo is the successor to myPod. What you had on myPod has moved over: myPod hubs are now Enviglo stores, myPod's licenses and purchase records came across, and myPod users have Enviglo accounts waiting for them. This guide shows you how to find yours.+ ## What came over++ - **Accounts.** If you owned a license or ran a hub on myPod, or linked your Discord and Roblox accounts there, you have an Enviglo account. You didn't make it; it was made from myPod's records.+ - **Your Discord and Roblox link.** If you linked the two on myPod, they're linked on Enviglo too.+ - **Licenses.** Your myPod licenses are now Enviglo licenses. In your [Library](/library) they're marked **From myPod**.+ - **Purchase records.** The record of what you bought came across with your licenses.+ - **Stores.** myPod hubs are now Enviglo stores, with their products and their customers' licenses.++ ## Find your things++ How you get to your account depends on how you used myPod.++ ### If you used Discord with myPod++ 1. Select **Sign in**, then **Continue with Discord**.+ 2. Use the same Discord account you used with myPod.++ You land on the account made for you, with your products in your library and your Roblox account already linked. The first time you sign in, Enviglo takes your display name and picture from Discord, and replaces the placeholder username with one based on your Discord username. You can change all of these in [Account settings](/wiki/account-settings).++ Don't make a new account with your email first. A new account starts empty, and your myPod things stay on the account that belongs to your Discord.++ ### If you only used Roblox with myPod++ Your things are waiting on a placeholder account for your Roblox account. Nobody can sign in to it, so you bring it to an account of your own.++ 1. Create an Enviglo account in any way. See [Create an account and sign in](/wiki/create-an-account).+ 2. Link your Roblox account. See [Link your Roblox account](/wiki/link-your-roblox-account).++ Linking moves everything on the placeholder to your account: your licenses, and any hub you ran, which is now a store. You'll get a notification, "Your Roblox purchases are on your account", saying what came across.++ ## Add an email address++ Accounts made from myPod records start without an email address. Signing in with Discord can fill it in from Discord. If Settings still shows "None yet" under **Sign-in**, add one there.++ With a confirmed email you can sign in without Discord, and Enviglo can email you when a product is added to your account. See [Account settings](/wiki/account-settings).++ ## If you ran a hub++ - **Hubs registered to you on myPod are already your stores.** Sign in as above, then open [Your stores](/dashboard) to see them.+ - **Hubs that came over without an owner can be claimed.** On [Your stores](/dashboard), **Stores you can claim** lists unclaimed stores whose Discord server you own, or whose Roblox group your linked Roblox account owns. See [Claim your myPod store](/wiki/claim-your-mypod-store).+ - **Your catalogue stays.** A store that came over from myPod keeps the products and team it arrived with, whatever its plan allows. See [Plans, limits and fees](/wiki/plans-and-fees).+ - **Selling in your game.** See [How selling on Roblox works](/wiki/how-roblox-selling-works).++ ## Common questions++ ### My username is "member" followed by numbers++ That's a placeholder from the move. Signing in with Discord replaces it with one based on your Discord username. You can also change it any time in [Account settings](/wiki/account-settings).++ ### Something from myPod is missing++ Check that you signed in with the Discord account you used on myPod, or that you linked the Roblox account you bought with. If it's still missing, [open a support ticket](/support/new) and choose **A purchase or download**.++ ### I'd rather not have the account that was made for me++ Ask Enviglo support to delete it. See [Delete your account](/wiki/delete-your-account).
Enviglo is the successor to myPod. What you had on myPod has moved over: myPod hubs are now Enviglo stores, myPod's licenses and purchase records came across, and myPod users have Enviglo accounts waiting for them. This guide shows you how to find yours.
How you get to your account depends on how you used myPod.
You land on the account made for you, with your products in your library and your Roblox account already linked. The first time you sign in, Enviglo takes your display name and picture from Discord, and replaces the placeholder username with one based on your Discord username. You can change all of these in Account settings.
Don't make a new account with your email first. A new account starts empty, and your myPod things stay on the account that belongs to your Discord.
Your things are waiting on a placeholder account for your Roblox account. Nobody can sign in to it, so you bring it to an account of your own.
Linking moves everything on the placeholder to your account: your licenses, and any hub you ran, which is now a store. You'll get a notification, "Your Roblox purchases are on your account", saying what came across.
Accounts made from myPod records start without an email address. Signing in with Discord can fill it in from Discord. If Settings still shows "None yet" under , add one there.
With a confirmed email you can sign in without Discord, and Enviglo can email you when a product is added to your account. See Account settings.
That's a placeholder from the move. Signing in with Discord replaces it with one based on your Discord username. You can also change it any time in Account settings.
Check that you signed in with the Discord account you used on myPod, or that you linked the Roblox account you bought with. If it's still missing, open a support ticket and choose A purchase or download.
Ask Enviglo support to delete it. See Delete your account.
