Claim your myPod store

First version

+ When myPod moved to Enviglo, every hub became an Enviglo store. Hubs whose owner was known went straight to that person's account. The rest are held by a placeholder "unclaimed" account until the person who ran them claims them. This guide is for claiming one of those.
   
+ If your hub was registered to you on myPod, it's probably in your account already. Check [Your stores](/dashboard) first, and see [Coming from myPod](/wiki/coming-from-mypod) for everything else that moved across.

+ ## Who can claim
+  
+ You prove you ran the hub in one of two ways:
+  
+ - **With Discord**: you own the Discord server that was linked to the hub. Being an admin or having Manage Server isn't enough; you have to be the server's owner. Your Enviglo account needs to be linked to that Discord account.
+ - **With Roblox**: you own the Roblox group that was linked to the hub, using the Roblox account linked to your Enviglo account.
+  
+ Not every hub had both. The claim page says which ones this store has, for example "No Roblox group was linked to this hub."

+ ## Before you start
+  
+ - Sign in to Enviglo. See [Create an account and sign in](/wiki/create-an-account).
+ - To claim with Discord, link your Discord account. See [Link your Discord account](/wiki/link-your-discord-account).
+ - To claim with Roblox, link your Roblox account. See [Link your Roblox account](/wiki/link-your-roblox-account).
+  
+ ## Find the store
+  
+ There are two ways in:
+  
+ - **From the storefront.** An unclaimed store says "This store has not been claimed yet" on its **About** tab. Select **Claim this store** to open its claim page.
+ - **From Your stores.** [Your stores](/dashboard) lists **Stores you can claim** when Enviglo finds unclaimed stores linked to a Discord server or Roblox group you own. If Discord hasn't shared your server list with Enviglo yet, you'll see **Ran a hub on myPod?** instead. Select **Show my Discord servers**, allow it on Discord, and Enviglo looks again.

+ ## Claim the store
+  
+ 1. On the store's claim page, select **Verify with Discord** or **Verify with Roblox**. From **Stores you can claim**, select **Claim** instead; it runs the same check.
+ 2. If the Enviglo bot has left the hub's Discord server, you'll be asked to let Discord share your servers. Select **Let Discord share my servers**, allow it on Discord, then verify again.
+ 3. When the check passes, you'll see "Verified. The store is yours." and land in the store's dashboard.
+  
+ ## What you get
+  
+ - **Ownership.** You're the store's owner, with its products and categories, and its customers' licenses and purchase history from myPod. Buyers keep every license whatever happens with a claim.
+ - **Room for the catalogue you built.** Stores from myPod show a **myPod store** label on the plan card, and have no limit on products or team members. See [Plans, limits and fees](/wiki/plans-and-fees).
+ - **Possibly some free months.** Some myPod stores came with free months of Pro or Ultimate. If yours did, the plan card under **Settings** → **Selling** shows when they end.

+ ## If you can't claim
+  
+ If you ran the hub but can't verify either way, for example because someone else owns the Discord server:
+  
+ 1. Select **Open a support ticket** on the claim page. It starts a ticket under **Claiming a myPod store**, with the store filled in.
+ 2. In **Message**, explain how you ran the hub and anything that helps prove it.
+ 3. Select **Send to Enviglo support**.
+  
+ An Enviglo admin can hand the store over after checking.
+  
+ ## Troubleshooting
+  
+ - **"Only the owner of … can claim this store through Discord."** You're in the server but don't own it. Try the Roblox group if the store has one, or open a support ticket from the claim page.
+ - **"Your Discord account isn't a member of that server."** The Discord account linked to Enviglo isn't in the hub's server.
+ - **"The Enviglo bot isn't in that server anymore."** Select **Let Discord share my servers**, then verify again.
+ - **"Only the owner of … can claim with Roblox."** The Roblox account linked to your Enviglo account doesn't own the hub's group.
+ - **"Link your Roblox account first, then try again."** See [Link your Roblox account](/wiki/link-your-roblox-account).
+ - **"This store has already been claimed."** Someone else claimed it first. If you think that's wrong, [open a support ticket](/support/new).
+ - **"You're doing that too often. Try again later."** You can try up to 10 times an hour.
+ - **Can claiming go past my store limit?** Claiming isn't blocked by how many stores you own, but claimed stores count when you open a new store later.
