Linking a Discord server to your store lets the Enviglo bot give Discord roles to people who own your products, and answer commands about your store in that server. This guide is for store owners and the team members who set it up.
A store can have one Discord server, and a server can only be linked to one store.
When it's linked, Enviglo confirms it and the page says the Enviglo bot is in your server. There's nothing else to save. In your server, the bot goes by Enviglo.
On Ultimate you can run your own bot here instead, with your own name and picture. See Your own Discord bot.
/setupYou can also link a server from inside it:
/setup and choose your store in the store option. For /setup, you need Administrator or Manage Server in the Discord server, and you need to be the store's owner or an admin on Enviglo. Staff can't link a server this way. Your Discord account must be linked to your Enviglo account.
By default, Discord only shows /setup to members with the Administrator permission. Run /setup without choosing a store to see which store the server is linked to.
Once your server is linked:
/store, /products, /licenses and /retrieve, and your staff can use /give, /revoke, /transfer and /stats. See Discord bot commands. The Discord invite link under Settings → Storefront → Links is separate. It's the invite shown on your storefront, and it doesn't link a server or add the bot.
A different server is linked as soon as you pick it, as in Link your server. No server asks first, naming your server: "Enviglo's bot stops giving product roles and posting updates there. Roles people already have stay." Select Unlink to confirm.
Things to know:
/setup can't move a store that's already linked to another server. Change or disconnect it on Enviglo first./setup says "Not your store". Only the store's owner or an admin can link a server with /setup. Staff with Integrations can use the dashboard instead./setup says "This server is taken". The server is linked to a different store. Disconnect it there first.
