+ Reviews on Enviglo come from customers. You can rate a product you own, and a store you've bought from, to help other developers choose.+ ## Who can review++ - **A product**: people who own it. For a subscription, that means while your access is running.+ - **A store**: customers who own something from it.++ A store's own team can't review its products or the store, even if they own something from it. If you can't review something, you'll still see its reviews, just without the form.++ ## Review a product++ 1. Open the product's page and go to the **Reviews** tab. There are two shortcuts: the star button on the product in your [library](/library), and **Write a review** under **You own this product** on the product page.+ 2. Under **Rate this product**, pick from 1 to 5 stars.+ 3. If you like, write a comment, up to 2,000 characters.+ 4. Press **Post review**.++ Your review appears on the product's page with your name and picture, and on your profile under **Reviews written**. A product's rating is the average of its reviews.++ In a store's Discord server that uses the Enviglo bot, you can also review a product you own with the `/review write` command.
