+ The **Details** page holds what customers read about your product and where it sits on Enviglo. You need the **Edit products** permission to open it.+ To get there: in your store's dashboard, open **Products**, pick the product, then open **Details**.++ The page starts with the product's **Status**, which is covered in [Create and publish a product](/wiki/create-a-product). If your role includes **Delete products**, it ends with **Delete this product**, covered in [Drafts, published and deleted products](/wiki/product-status).++ ## Name and description++ This section is what a customer reads on the product page, in search and on cards.++ ### Name++ Required, 2 to 80 characters.++ ### URL++ The product's web address. The full path shows under the field, in the form `/s/your-store/your-product`.++ - It must be 3 to 48 characters: lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens.+ - No two products in your store can share one.+ - Until you edit it yourself, it follows the name as you type.+ - A few words belong to Enviglo's own pages, such as admin, help, search, services and claim, so they can't be used.+ - Old addresses don't forward to new ones. Change the URL of a published product and any links people have shared stop working.++ ### Summary++ Up to 160 characters, with a counter under the field. It's the one line under the name on every card, and it's required before you can publish.++ ### Description++ Up to 20,000 characters, and required before you can publish. Write it on the **Write** tab and check it on the **Preview** tab.++ Markdown is supported: headings, lists, links, code and bold text. Tables work too. A few things to know:++ - HTML isn't supported.+ - Images hosted on other websites aren't shown. They turn into a plain link.+ - Links open in a new tab.+ - The product page already shows the name and summary above your description. If your description starts with the product's name as a heading, or with a line that repeats the summary, the page leaves that line out.++ ## Where it belongs++ This section decides how customers find the product when they aren't searching for it by name.++ ### Platform++ What the product is built for: **Roblox**, **Unity**, **Unreal Engine**, **Godot**, **Blender**, **Web & apps** or **Any platform**. Customers filter the marketplace by this first.++ ### Marketplace category++ One category per product, chosen from Enviglo's list: Admin & Moderation, Vehicles, Weapons & Combat, UI Kits, Builds & Maps, Systems & Frameworks, Animations, Audio, Tools & Plugins, Effects, Characters & Clothing, 3D Models, Textures & Graphics, or Other. It decides where the product appears when people browse by category.++ ### Tags++ Type tags separated by commas, up to ten. They show as chips under the field with a count.++ - Each tag is saved in lowercase, with spaces and symbols turned into hyphens, and cut to 24 characters.+ - Tags show on the product page. Pressing one searches the marketplace for it.+ - Search finds a product by a tag only when someone searches for that whole tag. Single words people actually type, like "admin" or "logs", work better than long phrases.++ Some tags are dropped when you save, because they'd pass for labels Enviglo gives out itself or things it decides: new, new-release, brand-new, just-released, newest, popular, most-popular, trending, trending-now, hot, best-seller, bestseller, best-selling, top-seller, top-selling, featured, staff-pick, verified, official, sale, on-sale and free.++ The **New**, **Popular** and **Trending** labels come from Enviglo's own numbers, never from tags. New lasts 30 days from when a product was first published. Popular goes to products among the month's best sellers, and Trending to those among the week's most viewed.++ ### Store categories++ Your own sections on your storefront, separate from the marketplace category. Tick every one the product belongs in. A product can be in several, or in none.++ They show as chips on your storefront that filter your products. A product in no store category still appears in your full list.++ If your store has none yet, the page says **No store categories yet**. They're created under **Settings**, then **Selling**, by owners, admins and staff with the **Store settings** permission.++ ## Tips for a clear listing++ - **Always write a summary.** Products without one look unfinished in search, and a published product with no summary is flagged **No summary** under **Needs attention**.+ - **Choose the platform with care.** It's the first filter customers use on the marketplace.+ - **Tag the words people search for.** Tags are searched alongside the name and summary.+ - **Give the description some structure.** Headings and lists make it easy to scan. Check it on **Preview** before you save.+ - **Don't repeat yourself.** The name and summary already sit above the description.+ - **Settle on a URL before you share links.** Changing it later breaks them.++ ## Save your changes++ As soon as you change something, a bar appears at the bottom showing how many changes are waiting. Press **Save details** to keep them, or **Discard** to put everything back. Nothing is saved until you press **Save details**.++ If your store's Roblox experience is connected, saving also updates the product's developer product on Roblox: its name, and your summary as its description.++ ## Change many products at once++ 1. In your store's dashboard, open **Products**.+ 2. Tick the products you want to change.+ 3. In the bar at the bottom, press **Change…** and pick **Marketplace category**, **Platform**, **Add to a store category**, **Remove from a store category**, **Add tags** or **Remove tags**.+ 4. Choose or type the new value, then press **Apply to** followed by the number of products.++ This needs **Edit products**. Added tags follow the same rules, and each product still keeps ten at most.++ ## Troubleshooting++ - **"Another product in this store uses that URL."** Pick a different URL.+ - **"That name is reserved."** or **"That address belongs to the store's own pages. Pick another."** The URL uses a word Enviglo needs for its own pages. Change it.+ - **"Use lowercase letters, numbers, and single hyphens."** Take out spaces, symbols and double hyphens.+ - **A tag disappeared after saving.** It was one of the labels Enviglo keeps for itself. See the list under Tags.+ - **"Those are labels Enviglo adds itself, like New and Popular. Try another tag."** Every tag you tried to add in bulk was one of those labels.
