+ If your store sold through Vault, Enviglo can bring your customers over. With your vault's API key, Enviglo reads your vault's products and purchase history, asks Vault what each customer owns today, and gives them their products on Enviglo. There's no bot to add. This guide is for store owners and admins.+ ## Before you start++ - **Your role:** you need to be the store's owner or an admin. See [Roles and permissions](/wiki/roles-and-permissions).+ - **Your vault's Discord server or Roblox group:** Enviglo checks the vault is yours by the Discord server or Roblox group Vault has for it. Connect the same Discord server to your store (see [Connect your Discord server](/wiki/connect-your-discord-server)), or put the same **Roblox group ID** in your store's settings (see [Store settings](/wiki/store-settings#storefront)). A vault with neither is taken on its key alone.+ - **Your vault's API key:** copy it from your Vault dashboard. It's the key Vault's developer API uses.+ - **Your products:** it helps to have your products on Enviglo already, but the import can make drafts for any you haven't added yet.++ ## Start the import++ 1. In your store's dashboard, open **Settings** → **Integrations**.+ 2. Go to **Move from Vault** and select **Move from Vault**.+ 3. Paste your key into **Vault API key** and select **Connect and start**.++ Enviglo checks the key with Vault, then starts reading your vault straight away. You can leave the page: the import carries on without you, and you get a notification when it's ready for you to check.++ ## Your API key++ Vault's API key can change your vault as well as read it, so Enviglo:++ - keeps it encrypted, and never shows it again (the page only shows its last four characters)+ - only ever uses it to read: your products, your purchase history, and what each customer owns+ - forgets it when you finish, undo or cancel the import++ Select **Forget it now** under **Vault API key** to drop it sooner. If you'd like to be sure, make a new key on Vault once you've finished.++ If Vault stops accepting the key (because it was reset, for example), the import waits where it stopped. Paste the new key and select **Save key** to carry on. It has to be a key for the same vault.++ ## What it reads++ - **Your products:** each one's name, description, category, Roblox developer product, Robux price and pictures.+ - **Your purchase history:** for each purchase, the product, the buyer's Roblox and Discord accounts, and when they bought it.++ Then Enviglo asks Vault what each buyer owns today. People who were refunded, revoked or moved the product to someone else don't come across. Products a buyer owns without a purchase in the history (given by hand, added in bulk, or bought through Payhip) come across too, marked **On their Vault profile**. Who owns what comes from Vault itself, not from old purchases.++ ## Look for more customers++ Someone you gave a product to who never bought anything isn't in your purchase history. Under **Look for more customers**, select **Check my Roblox group's members**, and Enviglo asks Vault about each member of your vault's Roblox group. Only the members Vault says own something come over, marked **From your Roblox group**. Members who own nothing aren't shown anywhere.++ ## Match your products++ Under **products from your vault**, choose where each product's customers go on Enviglo. Products with the same Roblox developer product, or the same name, are matched for you. Pick another product, **Make a draft**, or **Leave it behind**.++ A draft made here works straight away for the people who own it. It comes with the product's description, category and Roblox developer product (so Enviglo reads its Robux price), and its pictures from Vault, which wait for review like any upload. Pictures have to be at least 1280×720 and landscape, between 4:3 and 21:9: any that aren't are left behind, the import's log says so, and you can upload one on the draft's **Media** page. **Make drafts for** makes one for every product that has nowhere to go yet. Add their files and publish them when you're ready.++ ## Import++ When everything looks right, select **Import**. Each customer gets their products in their Enviglo library and a notification saying so. Customers who haven't joined Enviglo yet find them there the first time they sign in with that Roblox or Discord account.++ Imported licenses are marked **From Vault**. They never count as sales: not in your figures, not in charts or rankings, and not towards badges.++ Someone who already owns the product on Enviglo is left as they are. Someone banned from your store is skipped.++ ## Finish++ Look through your products and customers on Enviglo, tick **My products and customers are all on Enviglo**, and select **Finish and forget the key**. Enviglo forgets your vault's API key.++ ## Run it again, or undo it++ - **Look for new purchases** reads your whole vault again and asks Vault about everyone again, for purchases made while you were moving. New ones wait for you to import them. It needs your key, so after finishing, paste it again first.+ - **Undo import** removes the licenses it made, unless they've changed hands since (transferred, revoked or renewed). Customers who were told their products arrived are told they've gone. Drafts it made are removed if nothing else happened to them. Enviglo forgets your key. Everything it found stays, so you can import again.
