Buy a product

Some products are sold as Roblox game passes. For these, Buy on Roblox opens the game pass on Roblox.

1. Press Buy on Roblox, and buy the pass on Roblox.
2. Join the store's game. The game checks which passes you own when you join, and tells Enviglo.
3. The product lands in your library once your Roblox account is linked.

There's nothing to press on the website to verify a pass: joining the store's game is what records it. If the store has added its game on Enviglo, its page links to it under Links as Play the store's game.

A game pass can only be bought once on Roblox, so game-pass products are always one-purchase products.

Get a free product

1. On the product page, press Get it free. If you're not signed in, you'll be asked to sign in first.
2. The product goes straight into your library, and you'll see Added to your library.

You can also press Get it free from Quick view on a product card.

Bundles

A bundle is a product with other products inside it. Its page has a What's included tab listing them and, when the parts are priced in Robux, how much the bundle saves compared with buying them separately.

Buy or claim a bundle like any other product. You get the bundle and each product inside it, each as its own entry in your library. If you already own something in the bundle, you keep what you have rather than getting a duplicate. A subscription inside a bundle gets extended instead.

Buying again

Each product has a license type, which decides what buying it again does.

Once you own a product, its page shows your download and library buttons instead of Buy on Roblox. For a product you can buy more than once, Buy another copy is there too, and for a subscription, Add more time. Both open the store's game, like Buy on Roblox.

Buy more than once

Every purchase of these is a license of its own, and each one appears separately in your library. They suit things you need one of per game, for example.

Subscriptions

A subscription gives you access for a set number of days per purchase. Buying again adds the days to the end of your current time, or starts them from now if your time has already run out.

• Enviglo sends you a reminder 3 days before your access ends.
• When it ends, downloads stop, the store's game no longer sees the product as yours, and any Discord role that came with it is removed.
• The product stays in your library marked Ended, with a Renew button that takes you to the product page.
• The product page shows Your subscription ended, the date, and how many days buying again gives you.

After you buy

• The product appears in your library, ready to download. See Your library and downloads.
• You get a notification once the purchase is on your account.
• The product page shows You own this product, with a download button and Open in library.
• If the product comes with a Discord role and your Discord account is linked, you get the role in the store's Discord server. See Link your Discord account.

Why linking Roblox matters

What you buy belongs to your Enviglo account, not to a Roblox account. When you buy on Roblox, Enviglo puts the product on the Enviglo account your Roblox account is linked to, and a store's game checks what you own the same way.

If you buy before linking, Enviglo keeps the purchase for that Roblox account on a stand-in account. When you link it, everything moves to your own account, and you get a notification that your Roblox purchases are on your account. Anything you bought on myPod comes across too. An Enviglo account can have one Roblox account linked. Buy with that one: a purchase made on a different Roblox account stays with that account.

Troubleshooting

I bought it, but it isn't in my library

1. In Settings, under Connections, check that Roblox shows as Linked, and that it's the Roblox account you paid with.
2. For a game pass, join the store's game after buying. That's when the pass is recorded.
3. Still missing? Message the store with your Roblox username, the product and when you bought it. See Get help with a purchase.

Nothing came up when the game opened

Buy on Roblox relies on the store's game to offer you the product as you join. If it doesn't, look for the product inside the game, or ask the store.

Messages when claiming a free product

• The store revoked your license for this product. The store took your license away, and claiming again won't bring it back.
• This store isn't available to you. The store has banned you.
• This product isn't available. It's no longer on sale, or the store isn't open.
• You're doing that too often. Try again later. You've claimed a lot of products in the last hour.
