Your library holds every product you own, from every store, and the products you've saved for later. Open it from the account menu under your profile picture, then Library.
The Owned tab lists every license you hold, newest first. If you own products from more than one store, use the buttons above the list to show one store at a time, or All stores to show everything.
Each entry shows:
Along the bottom are the star button (review it), Transfer when the store allows it, and Download, or Renew for a subscription that has ended.
A product you've pre-ordered shows Pre-ordered and the date it's out. There's nothing to download until then; the moment it opens, it becomes an ordinary entry and you're told it's out.
If you haven't linked a Roblox account, a notice at the top reminds you that products you buy inside Roblox games appear here once you do. See Link your Roblox account.
Redeem a code, at the top of the page, is where you turn a creator's code into a product. See Redeem a code.
Download always gives you the latest version. Each press makes a fresh link for your account alone. It works once and lasts 10 minutes, so sharing it won't work for anyone else. If you ever see "This download link has expired" or "This download link has already been used", go back to your library and press Download again.
You can download a product you own as often as you like. If you start a very large number of downloads in a few minutes, Enviglo asks you to wait a moment.
If Download is greyed out, the store hasn't uploaded a file yet.

A store can't delete the only file of a product people own, so once a file is up, there's always something to download.
A subscription shows Until and the date your access runs to.
The product stays in your library after it ends, so you can pick it up again later. See Buy a product for how subscriptions work.
Products you can buy more than once get a license per purchase, and each one appears as its own entry. An older license that covers several copies at once shows how many, for example 3 copies.
A product disappears from your library when:
Buying a product again after it was revoked or transferred gives you a new license.
You keep what you own when a store stops selling it.
The Wishlist tab holds the products you've saved with the heart button. Press a product's heart again to take it off. Only products that are on sale right now show here. See Find products.
If something you've saved gets cheaper, Enviglo tells you: you get a notification with what it cost and what it costs now. You're told once per drop, and again if the price falls further.
Select the pin on anything in your library to put it on your profile, and select it again to take it off. Your profile shows them under Showcase, in the order you pinned them.
How many you can pin goes by your plan: three on Free, twelve on Pro, twenty-four on Ultimate. Moving to a smaller plan never unpins anything — it only stops you pinning more.
