Overview and analytics

Your store's Overview and Analytics pages show how the store is doing, from the top of the dashboard sidebar. Everyone on the team can open Overview; its Analytics tab and the Analytics page need the See analytics permission, which owners and admins always have. See Roles and permissions.

Choose a period

Both pages have a period menu: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, Last 3 years and All time. You only see the periods shorter than your store's age, plus All time. The pages start on the last 30 days, or on all time for a store younger than that.

• All time covers everything since the store opened. For a store from myPod, that means since it opened on myPod.
• Every plan sees the store's whole history.
• Most figures show the change from the period before, such as "+4 vs the previous 30 days". All time has no period before it, so it shows no change.

The Overview page

Overview is the page you land on when you open your store's dashboard. It's headed Dashboard, with a line saying how many of your products are published and how many customers you have. It has two tabs, Overview and Analytics, and both start with four figures:

• Sales: paid purchases in the period. Select it to open your orders.
• Views: product page views in the period.
• Followers: everyone following the store now, with how many started following in the period.
• Customers: everyone who holds an active license from your store, however they got it, since the store opened. Your average product rating shows under it.

Overview tab

• Set up your store: a checklist of first steps, until you've done them all. After that, a chart of sales in the period takes its place. See Open a store.
• Top products: your five most-owned products, with their licenses, views and status.
• Latest reviews: the newest reviews of your products.
• Recent activity: the last few things that happened in the store, for owners and admins. Select Full audit log for the whole record. See Activity and the audit log.

Four charts for the period: Sales (paid purchases per day), Product views per day, Followers over time, and Top products by paid purchases.

The Analytics page

Analytics in the sidebar goes further, with eight figures, four charts and a set of breakdowns.

Revenue and sales

• Estimated revenue: the Robux your sales brought in, before Roblox's cut. Each purchase counts what your game reported the player spent. Purchases that didn't record an amount, including your history from myPod, count the product's price.
• Your share: what's left after Roblox's 30%.
• Sales: paid purchases in the period. Licenses you gave away, and licenses customers passed on, aren't sales.
• Views to sales: sales divided by views in the period, as a percentage.

Enviglo never handles the Robux: buyers pay Roblox inside your game. So revenue is always an estimate, and the page says so. It also shows a rough dollar figure at Roblox's Developer Exchange rate, for a sense of scale only.

Your audience

• Buyers: people who made a paid purchase in the period, split into new (their first purchase from you) and returning.
• Followers: how many people follow the store now. The change compares new followers in this period with the period before.
• Wishlisted: how many times your products are on someone's wishlist, right now.
• Rating: your average product rating, from every review so far.

Charts

Estimated revenue in Robux per day, Sales, Views (product pages opened from the marketplace and from your storefront) and Followers as a running total.

Products

A table of up to 12 products, highest estimated revenue first. It shows each product's Views, Sales, Views to sales and Estimated revenue in Robux for the period.

Where licenses came from

A breakdown of the licenses first issued in the period, by how their current owner came to hold them:

• Bought in Roblox: bought through your game or with a game pass.
• Granted by you: given rather than sold. That includes grants from your team, codes, free products and the products that come inside a bundle.
• Passed on by an owner: transferred to someone else since, whether a customer passed it on or your team moved it.
• Came over from myPod: brought across from myPod.

Best customers

Up to eight people who spent the most with you in the period, by estimated Robux, with how many purchases each made. Select one to open their customer page.

What customers think

Every review of your products, by star rating.

One product at a time

Open a product in your dashboard to see its own Overview: page views, sales, owners and wishlists, with the same period menu.

Common questions

• Why do my sales and licenses not match? Sales only count paid purchases. Grants, codes, free products and transfers add licenses and customers, but aren't sales. Your purchase history from myPod does count as sales.
• Why is views to sales so high? Most Roblox sales happen inside your game, without anyone opening the product's page on Enviglo. That can push it past 100%.
• Whose views count? Each visitor counts once an hour per product. Your own team, Enviglo staff and bots don't count.
• Why are there no views before September 2026? Daily view counts started on 17 September 2026.
