An owner always hears about decisions from Enviglo and billing, so those can't be turned off.+ - **Staff** only see the ones their permissions cover: a sale needs **See sales and customers**, a new message needs **Reply to messages**, a custom request needs **Handle requests**, a new review needs **Remove reviews**, and requests for approval need **Approve changes**.
