Product policy [1] Product Scope: Vuela products may not be utilised outside of Roblox flights. If you are found to be using any product(s) outside of this scope, e.g. Roblox Flight Simulators, then your product(s) will be revoked. If you encounter anyone who is operating our product(s) outside of Ro-Aviation, please create a support ticket with sufficient proof.

[2] Leaking / Reselling: If you are caught leaking and/or reselling Vuela’s product(s), then all of your products will be revoked effective immediately, including a permanent blacklist. If you find anyone who is leaking and/or reselling our products, please make a support ticket with sufficient proof.

[3] Transferring When transferring your products, you systematically agree that transferring your product is final: this means that you cannot access the product you transferred after the transfer is completed. If you would like to transfer your products, then please make a support ticket. (You may not trade planes with other users)

[4] Refunds: All purchases made within Vuela are final, meaning that Vuela will not offer any refunds. If you do chargeback, this will result in all of your products getting revoked and a permanent blacklist from Vuela.

[5] Studio Understanding: By purchasing a product, you agree that you have a basic understanding of how Roblox Studio works and how to setup/insert your plane in your game.

[6] Modifications: You agree to not modify our product(s) or use any meshes, parts, or scripts from Vuela products, e.g. converting planes to different variants, taking interior out for other projects

[7] Right to Removal: If you have broken any of Vuela's rules, Vuela withholds the right to revoke all of your products with no refunds followed by a permanent blacklist from Vuela.
