Product policy Spectre Tech provides assets to the public, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. When Spectre Tech publishes an asset, everything documented below will take effect towards that asset. By purchasing any asset from Spectre Tech, you accept all of the following conditions documented below and our Terms of Service.

AP Section A - Piracy Do not copy, transfer, or otherwise any asset Spectre Tech has developed, for resell, intentionally or not without permission.

AP Section B - Claimation Do not claim any product developed by Spectre Tech as your own or anyone else other than Spectre Tech, regardless if the asset has been modified in any way, shape, or form. Your work must be by you and you only.

AP Section C - Ownership Any asset users have purchased that have been developed by Spectre Tech, will hold a small portion of ownership and will be granted to the purchasing user. Spectre Tech will have selling permissions regardless, as we developed the asset. But the user who purchased the asset, will be able to modify and put into their own game, which may be under their name and only that, unless deemed by the Chief Executive Officer or by following proper procedures, the user may sell the asset with funds going towards that user.

Section C. You have ownership of your product. You can change it in any needs for your game; but you are still to follow Section B, and claim it is Spectre Tech's work. We have the right to revoke your ownership of the Product, and remove you from any updates.

AP Section D - Updates Any asset that users have purchased, will be able to get updates for that asset whenever and however Spectre Tech decided to do so. As long as the user has a sort of ‘ownership’ over the product they have purchased [Updates may include, Bug Fixes, ReStructures, N
