Only broken and damaged products that are unfixable and haven't been discontinued, as verified by our CEO, are eligible for refunds.

You are not permitted to distribute, transfer, resell, or claim ownership of any of our products, modify or remove product whitelists, or attempt to compromise the security of our computer networks or servers. Additionally, we have the right to inspect, record, and keep track of all usage of our technology, services, and goods.

When our systems, services, or products are maintained, interrupted, or terminated, we are not responsible for any resulting damages. Owning a whitelist record only gives you permission to use the product in your specific Roblox experience(s).
