Product policy

1. GFX services don't include support if roblox doesn't upload them/takes them down for whatever reason. Uploading GFX to roblox is another service priced at 40 robux (0,50usd paypal), if you decide to buy that service, we will take full responsibility for the ticket not uploading to roblox, and make sure that it uploads.

2. Minor cosmetic changes may be applied to the ticket after it's done and you're send the watermarked version, this however comes with some rules:

• The changes all have to be your idea, we wont change anything in the product on ourselves.
• We do not insure that after the changes your product will upload to roblox
• If the changes are major and you do not specify that when making the order, you can expect a fee up to 20 robux (0,15usd paypal) per major change
• If you wish to add any major changes, it will cost you 20 robux (0,15usd paypal) per change.

3. All products/services are non refundable. This rule applies to every product/GFX order.
