+ Creators hand out codes for giveaways, collaborations and the like. Redeem one and its product goes straight into your library, for free.+ ## Redeem a code++ 1. Go to [Redeem a code](/redeem). You can also get there from your [library](/library): press **Redeem a code** at the top. Sign in if you're asked to.+ 2. Type the code into **Your code**. Letters turn into capitals as you type, and spaces are ignored, but keep any dashes.+ 3. Press **Redeem**.++ When it works, the page tells you the product is yours and in your library, with links to **Open your library** and **Visit the store**. You also get a notification.++ If a creator gave you a link to the redeem page with the code already in it, the code is filled in for you. Check it, then press **Redeem**.++ ## What a code gives you++ Each code is for one product, chosen by the store. What you get depends on the product's license type:++ - **One purchase**: a license for the product. If you already own it, the code still counts as used, and nothing is added.+ - **Buy more than once**: another license, alongside any you already have.+ - **Subscription**: days of access, either the number set on the code or the product's usual length. If your subscription is still running, the days are added to the end of it.++ If the product is a bundle, you also get every product inside it.++ The product appears in your library marked **Gifted**. Redeeming a code never costs anything.++ Each code works once per person. A store can also limit how many times a code can be used in total, and set a date when it stops working.++ ## When a code doesn't work++ | Message | What it means |+ | --- | --- |+ | **No code like that.
