+ Every time someone pays for one of your products in game, or you give one away, Enviglo records a purchase. This guide shows where to find them and what each one tells you. It's for store owners and their staff. For how purchases relate to licenses, see [Purchases and licenses](/wiki/purchases-and-licenses).+ ## Before you start++ Staff need the **See sales and customers** permission, which comes with the **Licenses** permission. Owners and admins always have it. See [Roles and permissions](/wiki/roles-and-permissions).++ ## Find a purchase++ 1. In your store's dashboard, open **Orders**. The **Purchases** tab opens first.+ 2. Search by name or username, the Roblox ID that paid, a receipt ID or a product name. Roblox IDs and receipt IDs have to be complete.+ 3. Filter by product, or choose **Paid and given**, **Paid** or **Given**.++ - **Paid** shows purchases paid for in your game.+ - **Given** shows products handed out without payment, such as grants, codes and the products inside a bundle.++ Purchases are listed newest first, 25 to a page. Each row shows:++ - **Purchase**: the product, how it came about (**Roblox purchase** or **Given**), and for subscriptions, the days it added.+ - **Customer**: the account it was for, by name and username, with their linked Roblox ID. Select it to open their customer page.+ - **Paid**: the Robux spent, as your game reported it. **Robux, in game** means it was a Roblox purchase but the amount wasn't reported. **Nothing** means it was given.+ - **Reference**: a **Receipt** for a developer product purchase, the **Game pass** for a game pass purchase, or a **myPod purchase** for one imported from myPod. A dash means there isn't one, as with grants.+ - **Date**: when it was recorded.++ The cards above the list include **Sales, last 30 days**, which counts paid purchases and compares them with the 30 days before.++ ## What a purchase's page shows++ Select a purchase to open it. The top of the page shows the product, how it came about, who bought it or was given it, and the date it was recorded.++ The **Payment** panel lists what's known about it:++ - **How**: **Roblox purchase** or **Given**.+ - **Paid**: the Robux spent, or a note that nothing was paid.+ - **Roblox account**: the Roblox ID that paid, linking to their Roblox profile.+ - **Receipt**, **Game pass** or **myPod purchase**: the reference.+ - **Bought in**: the Roblox place it was bought in, when your game reported it.+ - **Access added**: for subscriptions, how many days it added.+ - **When**: the exact date and time.+ - **Purchase ID**.++ The **What it gave** panel shows the license this purchase made or added to, as it stands now: **Active** or **Revoked**, and who it has moved to if it was transferred. Select **Open license** to go to it.++ The panel on the right, **Customer** or **Given to**, links to the person's customer page.++ ## Purchases never change++ A purchase is kept exactly as it happened. Revoking or transferring its license doesn't change it; the **What it gave** panel is where you see what happened to the license since. You can't edit or delete a purchase. To take a product back, revoke its license instead. See [Give, revoke, restore and transfer licenses](/wiki/manage-licenses).++ ## Common questions++ ### Why isn't a transfer listed?++ A transfer moves a license that already exists, so nobody paid or was given anything new. You'll find it in the license's history.++ ### Why isn't a free product listed?++ When someone adds a free product to their library, they get a license but no purchase is recorded. Find it under **Licenses**, where its history says **Claimed for free**.++ ### Why does one license have several purchases?++ Each renewal of a subscription is a purchase of its own. So is each time someone pays again for a one-purchase product they already own: the payment is kept, pointing to the license they already had.++ ### Why does a purchase show Revoked under What it gave?++ The license was revoked after the purchase, or the buyer was banned from your store when they bought it. See [Customers and bans](/wiki/customers-and-bans).++ ### Why does it say Robux, in game?++ Your game reported the purchase without the amount spent. Purchases recorded by the in-game hub always show this, because the hub reports the place but not the Robux.++ ### Where does the Robux on a myPod purchase come from?++ myPod didn't record what each buyer paid, so a purchase imported from myPod shows the product's Robux price when it was imported.
Every time someone pays for one of your products in game, or you give one away, Enviglo records a purchase. This guide shows where to find them and what each one tells you. It's for store owners and their staff. For how purchases relate to licenses, see Purchases and licenses.
Staff need the See sales and customers permission, which comes with the Licenses permission. Owners and admins always have it. See Roles and permissions.
Purchases are listed newest first, 25 to a page. Each row shows:
The cards above the list include Sales, last 30 days, which counts paid purchases and compares them with the 30 days before.
Select a purchase to open it. The top of the page shows the product, how it came about, who bought it or was given it, and the date it was recorded.
The Payment panel lists what's known about it:
The What it gave panel shows the license this purchase made or added to, as it stands now: Active or Revoked, and who it has moved to if it was transferred. Select Open license to go to it.
The panel on the right, Customer or Given to, links to the person's customer page.
A purchase is kept exactly as it happened. Revoking or transferring its license doesn't change it; the What it gave panel is where you see what happened to the license since. You can't edit or delete a purchase. To take a product back, revoke its license instead. See Give, revoke, restore and transfer licenses.
A transfer moves a license that already exists, so nobody paid or was given anything new. You'll find it in the license's history.
When someone adds a free product to their library, they get a license but no purchase is recorded. Find it under Licenses, where its history says Claimed for free.
Each renewal of a subscription is a purchase of its own. So is each time someone pays again for a one-purchase product they already own: the payment is kept, pointing to the license they already had.
The license was revoked after the purchase, or the buyer was banned from your store when they bought it. See Customers and bans.
Your game reported the purchase without the amount spent. Purchases recorded by the in-game hub always show this, because the hub reports the place but not the Robux.
myPod didn't record what each buyer paid, so a purchase imported from myPod shows the product's Robux price when it was imported.
