+ Every store is on one of three plans: Free, Pro or Ultimate. The plan sets how big your catalogue and team can be, how many stores you can own, and Enviglo's fee on web sales. Each store has its own plan, and new stores start on Free.+ ## Compare the plans++ | | Free | Pro | Ultimate |+ | --- | --- | --- | --- |+ | Price | $0 | $4.99 a month | $12.99 a month |+ | Enviglo's fee on web sales | 7% | 3% | 1.5% |+ | Products | 5 | 40 | 250 |+ | Team members | 1 | 5 | 20 |+ | API keys | 2 | 10 | 25 |+ | Webhooks | 1 | 5 | 15 |+ | Custom roles | None | 5 | 20 |+ | Stores you can own | 1 | 3 | 10 |+ | Ad credit included | None | $2 a month | $5 a month |++ Every plan includes the storefront, file delivery and licenses, the Roblox and Discord integrations, and analytics going back to the day your store opened. The [pricing page](/pricing) compares the plans too.++ ## Fees++ Enviglo's fee is a share of each web sale: 7% on Free, 3% on Pro and 1.5% on Ultimate.++ Products are bought with Robux on Roblox, and Enviglo takes nothing from Roblox sales. Roblox takes its own cut of those.++ ## What counts towards each limit++ - **Products**: every product that isn't deleted, drafts included. A deleted product that people still own doesn't take a place.+ - **Team members**: everyone on the team, the owner included, plus invitations that haven't run out. On Free, that's just you.+ - **API keys**: keys that still work. Revoked keys and your in-game hub's own key don't count.+ - **Webhooks**: every webhook you've added.+ - **Custom roles**: named staff roles you've made. Free stores can't make them.+ - **Stores you can own**: set by the best plan among the stores you own, so one store on Pro lets you own up to 3 in total. Closed stores don't count.++ To see how much of each your store is using, open **Settings** → **Selling** in your store's dashboard and look at the **Plan** section.++ ## When you reach a limit++ Nothing you already have stops working. You just can't add another until you make room or move up a plan. The message says what would lift the limit, for example:++ - "Your plan covers 5 products. Pro raises that to 40."+ - "Your plan covers 1 team member. Pro raises that to 5."+ - "Custom roles come with the Pro and Ultimate plans."+ - "You own 1 store, the most Free allows. Put one on Pro to own up to 3, or Ultimate for 10."++ On Ultimate, the message only says what the plan covers. If you own 10 stores and need more, [contact support](/support/new).++ Moving down a plan never removes anything. What you already have stays, and anything new follows the lower plan's limits.++ ## Stores from myPod++ Stores that came over from myPod show a **myPod store** label on the plan card. Whatever their plan, the card shows **no limit** for products and team members, so the catalogue and team they arrived with stay put. API keys, webhooks and custom roles follow the plan, as they do for any store.++ Some myPod stores were also given free months of a paid plan, as a thank-you to owners who held myPod Plus or Enterprise: Pro for Plus, Ultimate for Enterprise. The plan card shows the date the free plan ends, and you get a reminder a week before. After that date the store moves to Free and keeps everything in it, unless it's subscribed to a paid plan by then. Free months don't include the monthly ad credit.++ ## Upgrade your plan++ Owners and admins can change the plan. Staff who can open **Selling** see the plan, but not the buttons.++ 1. In your store's dashboard, open **Settings** → **Selling**.+ 2. In the **Plan** section, select **Upgrade to Pro** or **Upgrade to Ultimate**.+ 3. Pay on Stripe's checkout page. Plans are billed monthly in US dollars, with tax added where it applies. You can enter a promotion code there if you have one.+ 4. You come back to **Selling**, and "Payment received. Thank you!" confirms it. The new limits and fee apply straight away.++ If you leave checkout without paying, you'll see "Checkout cancelled. Nothing was charged." If the payment is still processing, the page updates once Stripe confirms it.++ Select **Compare plans** in the **Plan** section to see the plans side by side.++ ## Change or cancel your plan++ Once a store is paying, the **Plan** section shows when it renews, and **Manage billing** takes the place of the upgrade buttons. **Manage billing** opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can:++ - switch between Pro and Ultimate, with Stripe adjusting the charge for the rest of the billing period+ - update your card and your billing details+ - see and download invoices+ - cancel the plan.++ Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the month you've paid for. The plan card shows that it's cancelled and the date it moves to Free. When it does, everything you added stays.++ ### If a payment fails++ The plan stays while Stripe retries the card, and the plan card says the last payment didn't go through. You're also told by notification and email. Update your card through **Manage billing** to keep the plan. If Stripe stops retrying, the store moves to Free.++ ### Closing a store on a paid plan++ You can't close or delete a store while its plan is set to renew. Cancel the plan first. See [Transfer or close your store](/wiki/transfer-or-close-your-store).++ ## If billing isn't available++ When paid plans aren't on sale, the **Plan** section shows your plan and what you're using, with no upgrade or billing buttons, and says nothing is charged yet. The **Buy credit** panel on **Promote** doesn't appear either.++ ## Ad credit++ Pro includes $2 of ad credit a month and Ultimate $5, added to your store's credit once a month. Owners and admins can also buy credit in packs. Credit pays for promoted tiles in browse and on the home page. See [Promote your products](/wiki/promote-your-products).
