Product policy Our product photos use Field of View and PBR Materials that may not be included, please note that it may not look identical to the photo besides the core model.
We do not offer refunds unless accidentally purchased, you are required to send us proof of you accidentally purchasing the item.
You can gift products to other people using our Transfer tool. You may not give it to them before the product is transferred and you will no longer have rights to use the product anymore.
You cannot leak our product models, doing so will result in a blacklist and report of your group.
We do allow edits on our products, you can upgrade the product further but you will not be allowed to sell it unless you purchased re-sell permissions.
Once granted re-sell perms you are automatically suppose to credit Eternal for the model, you are required to change any textures on the models to your own.
