Features

• Message stores from Discord: DM the Enviglo bot or use /message to write to a store, and its replies come back to your DMs. Store teams can turn on Answer from Discord to get customers' messages as DMs and reply from there.
• Support in Discord: DM the Enviglo bot for help. It answers from the Creator Wiki guides, and if you're still stuck it can open a support ticket for you, with the team's replies coming to your DMs.
• /retrieve: now gives you a Download button that gets the file straight away. The link works once and expires after 10 minutes.
• Move from Vault: stores on Vault can now bring their products and customers over with their vault's API key. Find it under Settings → Integrations.
• Creator Wiki: edits and new pages from members now go to Enviglo's team for review before they go live. You can follow, change or take back your edit from its own page.
• Wider pages: the site and your store's dashboard now use more of large screens.

Fixes

• In-game hub: a purchase that can't reach Enviglo straight away is now tried again for about five minutes, instead of waiting until the player rejoins, and the hub no longer shows "Yours 0" when it first opens. Update your hub from Settings → Integrations to get version 4.2.2.
• Store dashboards: a dashboard that wouldn't load after a product review opens again.
• Product images: images are no longer turned away for looking soft. They need to be at least 1280×720 and landscape, and the team looks at the rest when reviewing. New pictures on an approved product are now reviewed together with its other changes.
• Move from Parcel: reading Parcel again after an import no longer leaves the import stuck in Review, and the group check no longer says "Checking your group…" forever.
