Enviglo is where Roblox creators sell their work. Buyers pay in Robux in the store's own game, and what they buy lands in their Enviglo library, with Discord roles and in-game delivery on top. When any part of that goes wrong, support staff are who people reach.
What you'll do
- Answer support tickets, and questions in the Enviglo Discord.
- Track down purchases that haven't reached a library: an unlinked Roblox account, a game pass that isn't recorded yet, a download link that has expired.
- Help creators set up their store, the in-game hub, game passes and developer products, and their Discord roles.
- Help myPod store owners claim their store and find their way around Enviglo.
- Send people to the right place: the store for help with its own products, a report for anything that breaks the rules.
- Hand the team anything involving money, an account that may be compromised, a ban or a legal request.
- Spot the questions that keep coming up, and improve the Creator Wiki so they stop.
Who it suits
- You know Roblox well and you're at home in Roblox Studio. Game passes, developer products and HttpService aren't new to you.
- You write clearly and kindly, and you stay patient when someone is frustrated.
- You find out rather than guess, and you say so when you don't know yet.
- You keep what you see about people's accounts to yourself.
- You can give a few hours a week, regularly.
It helps if you've run support for a Roblox game, group or store, sold something of your own, or can help people in another language.
What you get
- The Staff badge on your Enviglo profile, and a staff role in the Enviglo Discord.
- Training on how Enviglo works behind the scenes, and a direct line to the team.
- Early access to new features, and a real say in how support is run.
